The great part of this hotel is that it is more affordable than the rest but only about 2-3 short blocks from the main strip. Its clean and modern with free Wi-Fi. Don't expect but it is more than perfect for getting a good nights rest and heading out for sightseeing the next day!

Stayed here for three nights over the new year during our sojourn in Mexico. The hotel is a few steps from the bus station (be warned there are two in Playa del Carmen, we didn't know and ended up walking for 10mins with heavy luggage!) and has a modern appearance. We were given a room suitable for disabled guests on the third floor and were pleasantly surprised. The room was functional rather than elegant but very spacious and clean and the bathroom was massive. (I did pop my head into a vacant... Read more

My friends and I stayed in a double bed room January 2017. The room was clean and modern. Hotel provided an amazing free breakfast of eggs, beans, yogurt, tortillas, fruit, bagels, etc. Super cute cafe directly next to the hotel with lattes and pastries. Walmart is a block away and has everything you need; sunscreen, toothpaste, fresh fruits and snacks, bottled water etc. Anything extra we needed was provided quickly, and front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable; for example, bar... The room was very simple, and fairly clean. I might have thought it was a good deal, however the air conditioning didn't work and took two days to fix, the water came out of the tap BROWN for an afternoon, and they were drilling into the corridor walls while I was trying to sleep on two occasions. Very unhappy with this hotel.

i went to the one for my christmas vacation but it was nightmare of christmas. US$2400 was stolen when i back to hotel after tour. i put my money $2400 in a small bag and put the small bag in my travel bag which was locked. I told to hotel front for help but the first thing they did was rummaging my all bags, room, bed and even back of the frame on the wall.. after checking CCTV, they said there is nothing. they even didnt let me know who cleaned my room. i keep asking to know some clue but they... Pros ?? ? Morning hot breakfast, no meat but still good and plentiful. Organic eggs, tortilla chips, white and wheat bread, yogurt, cereal, coffee, pastries etc. It should be enough to get you going in the morning. ? Located across the ADO autobus terminal. There are two of these, one not far from the ferry wharf, and the one literally across the street from this hotel. This is the big airconditioned buses, not the smaller vans you see on the main highway between Tulum and Cancun. Y... Read more

Great front desk staff. Cesar and Rafael. They are very accommodating and helpful. I screwed up my booking and got there a day later to find there was no booking for me. Cesar came to the res us and solved the problem. I missed the free breakfast because I slept in. The beds are great quality and spotless.

First of all, location location location! This hotel is sandwiched between 3 big supermarkets (wallmart, a local one and MEGA comercial mexicana). It also has a big bus stop with its taxi base, tons of stores nearby, restaurants a plenty, banks and atms. Not to mention you're mere 2 blocks from a church, 3 from the famous cocobongo and 4 from the 5th avenue. Also 6-7 blocks away from the ferry terminal for Cozumel. Now lets talk about the hotel. The hotel is convenient but pretty simply. Do no... Read more

We were having troubles finding a decent place to stay in Playa, but so glad we chose this hotel! It's very close to the main tourist area and a short walk to the beach! It's also a 5 min walk to some very delicious restaurants! Perfect for someone who will be spending most of their time wandering and adventuring! Breakfast included was also good!

Found this at a huge deal when I was a solo traveler, paid $46CAD per night. Had a good time while there with pleasant staff and never had any issues with anything. Breakfast was decent, very clean rooms and , bathrooms, newer flat panel tv with movie channels, onsite laundry available, its off the beaten track so fairly quiet, a few block away from all the action on 5th ave. It's also conveniently located across the street from the ADO bus station and a Walmart. Only recommendation I have is a... Read more
