Four Seasons really sets the standard for all others to follow. The hotel in Mexico City is billed as an oasis in the middle of the city - a description that is right on target. The rooms are great, service impeccable and the interior courtyard a place where you can sit and relax for a few hours after a day of business. I had a number of very late lunches so big dinners were not on my agenda but I found that a drink in the courtyard with an order of the hotel's ceviche was just perfect arou... Read more

Our stay at The Four Seasons Mexico City was fabulous. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely courtyard that is perfect for a relaxing drink. While visiting just after Christmas, the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The room was spacious with a very large bathroom that included double sinks, a separate room for the toilet, shower with strong water pressure, and a large soaking tub. I appreciated that complimentary bottled water was left by both sinks daily, and on both b... Read more

This property is beautiful. The simple, double room was warmly decorated with plenty of space for a couple with a full complement of clothes and gym stuff. The room had all the amenities, including the Nespresso coffee maker, Occitaine bath products, well-stocked mini-bar, well-planned bathroom, in-room safe. The best part of the hotel? The personnel. Everyone is gracious 24/7. We would return in a heartbeat. The location is also perfect: nicely positioned between the downtown (never stay ... Read more

If you've ever stayed at a Four Seasons property before then you already know about the legendary service this brand of hotels is known for. If you haven't stayed at a Four Seasons before then it's time to treat yourself to a whole new level of service. The Four Seasons Mexico City more than lives up to the reputation the brand has earned over the years. In addition to attentive service from front desk and housekeeping staff, the concierge team is absolutely excellent. I traded about a dozen ema... Read more

The staff at the Hotel including the manager on duty, the front desk personnel, the doorman, the bellman, the restaurant manager and particularly the staff of concierge personnel were all friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Although it's been a while since we visited Mexico City we have stayed at this hotel several times before and this time we were disappointed in our room and the services provided by the Hotel. We stayed in a Premier Terrace... Read more

I travel to Mexico City several times a year, and I have stayed at every major luxury brand. The Four Seasons Hotel has everything going on. Location - it's close to all major landmarks: chapultepec park/castle, polanco, roma, condesa, etc. Great restaurants - the Mexican restaurant at the hotel has innovative recipes highly recommended. The bar at the hotel is definitely among the best in the city. The bartenders are knowledgeable, and at the forefront of cocktail art. Fantastic amenities - I... Read more

This is a lovely hotel with a particularly gorgeous interior garden, filled with plants and a large fountain. An inviting retreat from the crowded city, it reminded us of the courtyard of a vast hacienda--except with hip, modern flourishes--and unlike the more standard high-rise luxury hotels in the area, which could have been in any city in any country, the space helped convey a unique sense of being in Mexico. We loved the cocktail lounge and the restaurant, both of which appealingly blended a... Read more

Having returned last night from a 9 day stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mexico City, I could not have been more pleased. The facility itself is perfect, but even more phenomenal is the staff. Everyone:concierge(s), housekeepers, restaurant host and wait staff, Business Center staff, Tech Support staff, front desk staff, housekeeping staff--every employee of the hotel was friendly, extremely courteous and helpful. Many knew my name (without looking it up). It was a fantastic hotel experience--d... Read more

What you expect from a big city FS hotel. Comfortable rooms, good service, excellent fitness center, buffet breakfast etc. Pros--wonderful central courtyard for drinks, cigars and sitting outside. Quiet rooms. Attentive staff Cons--rooms are a little tired and pretty standard. Bar service was slow. St Regis is more stylish, more modern, the FS more traditional in tone.
