I have been alive a long time, and by far this is the worst place I have ever been. I don't know where to start, probably with the sanitary conditions of the room. There was ...I should day IS ...blood on the side of the toilet bowl. There is a dead fly in the shower door tract. My facetowels were stained and smelled. The pillowcases stank. The internet is just terrible, so don't count AT ALL on using it. The air conditioning smelled strongly of gas, which scared me not alittle, I was waiting... Read more

Considering the location this hotel could have had better service, better everything... The staff does not speak english, OK it is not a bid deal. But then it is very difficult to get through to them, even though I do speak some spanish. I asked for a room facing the sea, and they gave me that, so far so good. But it is the noisiest place in the world mostly because of the music that goes on all night. OK I could have accepted that and I did. The bedding smelled and I went to the store to buy... Read more

The staff was awesome, especially Ruben and Miguel from the restaurant. They made us feel as if we were at home. Very attentive. Making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. The food and drinks are great!! If we needed anything in our room, they promptly serviced us. Looking forward to returning. Saludos Ruben y Miguel. De parte de las muchachonas de California.

Starting with the reception they didn't knew what the room include, the a/c was a bit off at night time, they didn't acknowledge us that breakfast was not include, so next morning we grabbed our breakfast and walked away then a waiter chased us with a bill that we didn't knew we had. Very embarrassing. Payed more than we should for breakfast and a very slow check out with a lobby area with no a/c at 35 degrees at noon. Noisy hallways and noisy area at night time, never coming back and not recomm... Read more

The AC is weak in the rooms and non existent in the common areas, except in the restaurant. The beds are rock hard and the linens are thin. The water was hot, but the flow wasn't strong. No coffee in the room. Internet was tricky to get on and then weak once in. I had a good deal on phone data so used that. Breakfast was very good in the restaurant but it isn't included. This lone bright spot had great service, good food, a nice view of the ocean and pool. At the end, they wouldn't let us ... Read more

It was a quick two night stay at this place. It is very well located, right across from the "Malecon" and the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants, if you have a vehicle then you can venture a bit farther. The hotel was clean and nice; and quiet at night. The cons I have about this location were the Wifi was horrible, the connection was spotty at best and we were not allowed to bring alcohol into our room. We were told it was because of a "law" but in two other hotels I ha... Read more

Our last pit stop on our way to Puerto Vallarta .... After 7 days on the road from Canada it was nice to reach the coast and this ocean front room with a balcony off the main drag was what I wanted to see! Pretty busy spot but the staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Didn't use the pool as it was full of kids but made use of the beach across the road. I'd be back again!

We passed through Mazatlan after a long day traveling. The staff were warm and welcoming, and let us swim when we arrived, even though we were late coming in! Nice view from the "new section" rooms- highly recommend going for the updated rooms... don't want to imagine how the old section is.

we stayed at this hotel for 7 days the first day the air conditioner was not working and was very hot. we had to wait one day to get moved to a different room and after that it was all good with the exception of one night we had a pizza delivered but we were not allowed to bring to our room to eat we were told that it was the same rule at all hotels but i have stayed at about 10 hotels in mazatlan because we travel there every 2 months and have never had any problems of bringing my favorite pizz...
