I and my friend family booked a room for 4 people for a day. While booking it was clearly mentioned that, it is for 4 people and the price was 1040 pesos. But, while we are checking-in, they say the booking is for only 2 people. I don‚??t understand how terribly they can lie. In fact, after booking, my friend were sent separate email to hotel with booking reference number saying ‚??out checking in time to will be Jan 6th ‚?? Friday night and it is for 4 people, and the hotel confirmed the same i... Read more

The hotel is cheaper than others in the area but have to improve their cleanness; every night we got some hives. It seems the beds had a kind of bug. We booked 4 rooms but only on two of them we were affected. In general if you are traveling with a cheaper budget this is an option to be considered.

Stayed here for a couple of days in early November. Front desk and cleaning people were all very helpful, efficient and pleasant. Room is a bit outdated. Air conditioning the same. Hotel has been here a long time and needs renovation. Did not eat at restaurant this time, but in the past the food and service has been very good. Price is right.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. Great location on the beach and we had an ocean view balcony room. If you go to bed early, avoid the rooms above the pavilion as it can get noisy late at night. The nights were cool and we liked it better with the balcony door and window open so the noise was not welcome after 11:00 pm. The room was clean and had daily maid service, but the mattresses are really firm. The restaurant provided good food with prices a little higher than other places. We were not... Read more

We stayed here for 10 days at the beginning of February. The woman at the front desk that checked us in was great and very helpful our entire time. This hotel seems to be three different buildings joined together. We stayed in the middle section. Only two floors but they had ocean view and huge balcony's. The building where the front desk and restaurant are only had small balcony's and either faced the parking lot or the City Express Hotel. I think you could have a partial ocean view on that sid... Our room had a nice view from our second story balcony. The rooms were clean though not luxurious. We were here as part of a birding tour, so did not select the location. The breakfast buffet was pretty good for the price.

This hotel has an excellent location right on the beach, there are many restaurants within walking distance, The rooms are small with excellent AC, we had a second floor room with a huge balcony and an incredible ocean view, The beds were hard as a rock and the room amenities very basic. This is an older hotel but is very very clean. The pool is very refreshing and has a great view of the incoming ships. The One disappointing thing was the restaurant prices, for a inexpensive hotel the restauran... Read more

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that they do keep it clean. This is not a touristy place and not a good place for single travelers or for couples on a romantic getaway to stay. This is a place for families with children. They also really need to modernize. The TV in the room was small and VERY out of date (at least 25 years old), and did not have an HDMI connection for a computer. Bring your own extension cord (they don't have any to give you) because there are only two electric... Read more
