Both me and Husband have a pleasant stay at the hotel. We stayed at level 4 in non-smoking room. The room is clean and pleasant. Good thing is that It is not noisy as our room is facing the back road of the hotel. There's no fridge in the room of which you would need to request a mini cooler subject to availability. There's no card on 'Do not Disturb' in the hotel room. Hence, the Housekeeping has knocked our door for Housekeeping early in the morning. Overall we are satisfy with our stay there... Read more

We stayed here after Permai Rainforest as had v early morning flight from Kuching. Clean room and comfy bed though walls were paper thin and glass not soundproof and hotel is located on corner of a main street. Hotel provided free picnic breakfast as we were too early for breakfast and organised airport transfer. Good location for China town and airport. Decent night market specialising in fish called Top Spot within a few mins walk. Fantastic view from the rooftop bar for sunsets.

We stayed several nights at the LimeTree during our stay in Kuching. The staff are friendly and helpful and we actually extended a night because we were pleased with the hotel. The breakfast buffet is good and offers a wide selection. There is also a rooftop bar but the food is average and I would only recommend popping up for a drink to have a look at the nearby view. Location isn't bad, at the edge of Kuching town with easy access to the river front and most activities in the city. Also help... Read more

Was really impressed with the hotel as it was very affordable cheap. But everything was all good: Room - simple and clean Staff - super friendly! The front desk people were helpful, (the Manager, Serinah was lovely). Food at the hotel was just ok - but doesn't matter cause you would want to eat all the yummy food outside anyway. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back!

This is a great little 3 star hotel in Kuching. Set on the outskirts of the main town, it's a 5 minute walk to the start of the waterfront promenade and a 10-15 minute walk to Merdeka Shopping mall. There's a basic supermarket about 2 minutes walk away for water and snacks and a huge supermarket in new Chinatown about 3-4 mins walk away. There's also a laundrette close by. Staff are lovely and attentive. They responded to requests quickly and very graciously. I couldn't fault them. I stayed ... Read more

Very warm and accommodating service provided by the staff. No fridge provided in the room, but mini cooler is available upon request. When our layer cakes wouldn't fit in the mini cooler, they were very helpful by assisting to keep it in their kitchen fridge until our check out date. Welcome drink is a lime soda at their rooftop bar, a great way to unwind and end the night. Hotel is within walking distance to the waterfront (about 15mins), and just behind streets of food. Oh, and the Sarawak lak... Read more

We stayed for 4D3N in this hotel. We arranged the shuttle van to pick us in the airport with minimal charges. We arrived late due to delay in flight. The staffs are patient, helpful and friendly to solve our problem. The hotel is clean and well managed. We stayed in the 4th floor and enjoyed our welcome drink in 5th floor rooftop. Waterfront and city area can be in walking distance. The tour you can asked for the hotel. The hotel will arrange for u.

We stayed at the Lime Tree Hotel for a week in October and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It became a little home away from home which, when you're on extended travels like we are, is very welcome! It's definitely punching above its weight, providing you with all the mod cons in a very convenient, central location at a really reasonable rate with an incredibly personal touch. Being vegan it's also worth mentioning that they have a great wellness menu (something really hard to find elsewhere ... Read more

A pleasant hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Room had everything you would need - tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water, TV, slippers. Our room on the 2nd floor overlooked the street, so there was some traffic noise - mainly underpowered motorcycles with what sounded like no silencers. Bar / restaurant on the top floor with view over the town. Breakfast was OK, some dishes over cooked with limited flavour. You can create your own Laksa. Nights 1 to 3 of our 23 night Sarawak and Sabah... Read more

Stayed at the Lime Tree for 4 nights in October. The hotel is in a very convenient location within walking distance from the waterfront. Comfortable room with all necessary amenities, good breakfast to start the day. Food in the rooftop restaurant is good and the lime cheesecake should not be missed. Overall a good value hotel with friendly, professional staff. I would stay here again.
