Me and my familly was traveling to Kualalmpur, on 4th January 2017. The expereance was not so plasuent to say anything good about this hotel. As first we reach at Hotel lobby between 10am, The person who was at reception was not so plasent and ask 60 ringgit for eirly checkin before 2pm. we were so tried with late night flight so no other option. 80's style of room are under my expectation, smoking room full of smell and dusty. Compare with name and its brand Hospitality upgrade should be urgently need for saving the business....no more to say....

Still unsure as to why we booked this place as our starting point in KL. The staff that greeted us were not friends day at all. We were made to sort out our own bags. Room was not particularly clean. Sheets not washed for sure. Lack of working sockets. Small bathroom. No toiletries. Towels were very old and torn. Breakfast was bland and not exciting. Location is also awful. Right next to the crossing of two main roads so the sound of cars is constant. Would not recommend.

We were supposed to stay for 02 nights but decided to stay for one night only since we all were very tired after a long hectic day of touring. The AC was not working, insufficient lights in the room, stained bed sheets & pillow covers made our life horrible. Even the towels were in terrible condition, torn out & patchy at places. The breakfast was also equally rubbish. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

We were stay at this hotel for 10 days..it is was destination for Kl city supermarket s..and club areas at bukit bintang..we used monorail in station titiwaza..100m away from the hotel..using monorail..u can visit..chia twon ...city center etc.safe environment. Foodok.. Near by money exchange and also taxi available..

My tour agent book this hotel for me, the worst hotel i have ever stay in my life. - AC ( You can't control. If you have KID you will have to keep them under bedsheets for whole day) - No toilet shower ( You will provided with a plastic cup) - No shampoo or conditioners / body wash ( there was sending some thing, you don;t see what inside and it has bad smell) - No Parking ( You will have to get down in the road. We stayed for three days in this hotel. There are some problems with the rooms. But you get what you paid for. Since this is a low budget hotel can't complain much. If you are on a budget I would highly recommend this hotel, else better to find another. Receptionists aren't helpful at all but we met some good people people who are working there who were very nice and helpful to us, especially room service people.

Location & rooms were good.But the staff & the service is not acceptable.at the Reception Ms. Haryana was helpful but the others were very rude & negligent. Service was awful.There is nothing GRAND about it only thing was the rooms were nice and spacious.

Cockroaches, hair, dirty walls and unfriendly staff. It's suitable for backpackers and travellers on low budget. Good thing about it is that it's close to attractions (petronas towers and badu temoles)

When i visited Malaysia I stayed in this hotel and the room was normal but clean. The best thing I got from the hotel is that friendly staff, specially the front desk officer (Mr. Ghani) who helped us a lot during our stay.
