I like the fact that the hotel is very near to the big malls and other touristy spots in KL. Everything is walking distance and is very safe. The rooms are very huge but kind of old. The room service food is very very good. The only thing I didn't like is the breakfast buffet which didn't have any variety. Everyday they serve the same food.

The hotel is kinda old but it is a blessing because it offers spacious room. I was assigned a room at the 15th floor so I am a bit away from the street noise mostly by vehicles. The aircon worked perfectly, some water leaks in the bathroom though. At least the hot and cold shower worked. My TV did not work but it is OK since there is no cable channels available anyway. Room is connected to the internet. Hotel staff are good, not very fluent in English but can communicate simple English words so ... Read more

I stayed here around new year. The room smelled as if it has been a smokers room before. Furniture was old, but the room was clean. The breakfast is served as buffet in a very uncomfortable area, where staff has no oversight Staff tries to do its best, but that's not covering the lack of organisation or the need to upgrade this place.

Stayed for 3d2n with complimentary private parking. Parking is a multistorey narrow carpark (not basement parking). Booked a deluxe room with breakfast but upon checking in was given an upgraded room. Yay!! The staffs are approachable and friendly. The wifi is excellent! The hotel is about 5 mins walk to maharajalela monorail and about 10mins walk to petaling street and central market. Theres a nearby 7eleven. Breakfast is basic, which is ok for me. The room is quite clean but the carpets ... Read more

I booked from online for premier room 1410. When I entered the hotel on my right hand side is the front office check in counter. Quite difficult to get someone can understand and speak English as you can see most of the staff are local Malay. The front office ( Shima) check in speed was good with only 1 staff in front. She is always smile and presentable. She asked and show me what is the best and interesting place in Kuala Lumpur. The room look old but neat and clean. I lost my ATM card for my ... Read more

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel when I really shouldn't have. Most things within the room where broken or worn out. A/C temperature control didn't work.TV remote didn't work, bedside light control didn't work, some wall sockets didnt work. The TV was an old CRT type with grainy picture, no shower hot water during my stay, constant water dripping in the drain. The lift stops at random floors, breakfast food was stone cold at opening time. The Hotel's strong points are it's staff and quite location... Read more

The hotel room is ok... comfy bed and pillow... old looking room, cabinets and the socket, the tv... and the bathroom is big but need more maintenance... the best they can do is to do renovation, change the electrical appliances... overall, the room is just ok... slightly below average... My cousin was excited about the breakfast when we saw the breakfast hall at 6th floor only to find out that there's not much choice and i think the chef can do better... i can make better french toast than th...
