Beeing first time there I've been surprised to find a good location, quite clean, good furnitures, few TV chanels in other languages, helpfull staff. Food was so and so, but being in a muslim country is quite ok . Area is not so far from a shoping area but pay attention to the road crossing, there are few road crossing bridges but the drivers are polite. I would like to be back for more time in order to explore better Amann.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights only, but we weren't quite satisfied. The staff is nice even though they don't really understand everything you ask them; the room we stayed in, at the seventh floor was dirty, behind and under the beds we found trash from previous guests, and in the whole entire floor there was a real bad smell of gas. The food at the restaurant was decent, even though there weren't many choices. Wifi doesn't work that well, we couldn't send photos or download them nor vo... Read more

I have a medical company in Jordan, and i invited a foreign group from Europe to visit Jordan for a medical trip. The group accommodated at Al Fanar Hotel for five days and the experience i heard was great in every thing including room services, clean rooms, excellent wifi internet with high speed, a good house keeping, food, reasonable prices, equipped facilities. This hotel is highly recommended from my side and i advice any one to go to this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights on our tour of the Middle East this December. The hotel is quite far from the city centre. Staff at the front desk were helpful and obliging for the most part. Rooms were spacious, but poorly maintained, especially the bathrooms. Could do with new linen, towels and deep cleaning of carpets.

The environment and internal arrangement of the hotel is quite good especially the room. Quite cosy for 3 of us (my wife and I and our 2 and a half years old daughter with 4 bags). The service provided by the porter also quite good. However, for breakfast, although the taste of the food provided is quite nice, the choices is very limited and repeating the same thing on daily basis.

An old fully equipped hotel located along main street to the city of Amman. However it is too far from the Amman attraction and surrounded by local retail outlet and offices. The foods serve in the restaurant can be improved better. Suitable for short stay for transit to other city i.e. Palestine.

The buffet had been included in our accommodation , and booked (not by us)as part of a tour . Was quite disappointed that our accommodation was not central, however more disappointing than this was the bland buffet, plenty of it but lacking flavour, my chicken was dry and the other dishes also not tasty . The dips were ok .The desserts were also lacklustre . Had been looking forward to a good treat . If other places were close by would have walked , but after a long day on tour ,was to exhausted...
