This capsule hotels would let couples in the same capsule, which is a huge advantage. the location is also great , and close to subway (5 min walk). Reception has a basic understanding of English, but is ok. bathrooms are communal.

This is a great budget option for a Tokyo stay. It allows couples to stay in the same capsule. We stayed for four nights and I was surprised by how roomy the capsules were - we had spent quite a lot of time recently in a two-man tent camping - so the capsule seemed like luxury! The beds were really comfy, and although we took ear plugs, it wasn't that noisy - people were very considerate. The capsules all have their own TVs inside and a shelf for you watch etc. You have to leave luggage in recep... Read more

Not exactly the best of location, but it is easy to find. We (family with a 10year old) have no problem with the hotel - hb loves the jacuzzi. We booked the double bed and I noticed that there are only 3 families on the day that we stay, and the staff arrange it such as we are equally spaced out to minimise disturbance, which I think is very thoughtful of them. While we do not have our luggage with us (bigger luggage are kept downstairs next to the reception), the 'effort' to go downstairs is... Read more

It took me ages to find a capsule hotel for couples because normally they are for one person occupancy only. I got lucky because I found this hotel online and booked it as soon as I read the good reviews. They have all the ammenities that you need even pjs and slippers. They have lockers too to store all your stuff but if you have a suitcase theres an area at the reception where you can leave it safely. I understand why all the capsules doesn't have any doors just a pull down bamboo curtain, i... Read more

A nice capsule hotel. We took double space capsules for a single person, but next time we would take single space capsules for a single person. Nice, clean, staff is ok. Do not expect a personal touch cause you should not look for a personal touch in a capsule hotel. We would definitively stay again on a future trip in Tokyo Kiba. It is rather outside the center, but that makes it fun to discover the normal way of Tokyo life.

really recommend this to any couple who wantvto try capusules. its near to Kiba station and clean safe version of capsule hotel ... unusually it has capusules for couples.. Certainly less full on and less seedy than single sex ones available in smaller towns

Front office staff helpful. 10 min walk to station. Confusing set up, until you get accustomed to it. Shower/spa good facility, but floor slippery. Good supply of toiletries, including cotton buds and skin lotion. TV in cube not many channels. Can purchase pay TV card. Vending machine in common area makes coffee for 90 yen. WIFI only works in level 2 ..reception, common area. Luggage can be stored near reception.

Comfortable bed with lots of space in a fully-equipped capsule. We expected a lot less to be honest. Plus points for the jammies, toiletries, and jacuzzi but minus points for the locker room shower with no dividers or curtains. Great location too - walking distance to Kiba station.

Great place to stay for traditional capsule hotel experience but not highly practical for longer travel. We stayed one night as a couple in a double which is why we chose this hotel. Although it's a double and fit us, it's not the most practical sleeping environment (which we were aware of when booking). There are bathrooms but men's are on one floor and women's on another so you may have to take an elevator just to use the restroom. The showers are on another floor but they are very comfort... I stayed here with my teenage nephew and found it surprisingly comfortable. I'm relatively short and could sit up and move around in the capsule - might be a different story if you were tall though. We had our own tv, alarm clock, power points etc. Big luggage is left in an area by reception, you were allocated a locker for valuables and loaned pyjamas (didn't use them) and slippers. The bathrooms are segregated and depending on the time of day you either use the shower room or the communal bath... Read more
