I was a single traveler and the room was perfect for my needs. Easy to check in. Room was small but efficient. Restaurants and Bars just down the street. Plenty of shopping in the area. I took the train from Narita airport to Tokyo station and the grabbed a cab to the hotel. Cab cost was less than $10 USD from the station.

I traveled last October with my 71 year old mom & her friend, my husband and 2 kids aged 14 & 11. We loved this hotel! The location was excellent, as it was just a block away from the main street (Chuo Dori/Ginza Street) and a short walk to the Ginza Metro Station. We were in the middle of everything! The area felt safe even in the evenings and we walked around and enjoyed the sights. It was not too crowded. Near the Metro station we discovered the food area at the basement of the Ginza Mitsukos... Read more

If you want to be in Ginza this is probably one of the best locations as most of the popular shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Rates are also one of the most reasonable. Unfortunately for me, the only room type available was a Standard Semi Double. Truly this would be a small single anywhere else. A larger room would probably make a huge difference. Wifi is free but drops frequently. For a Japanese hotel, i found this a surprise as most Japanese hotels have very reliable wifi. ... Read more

I have stayed at many business hotels in Ginza area. And now gracery ginza is one of my preferred choices given a balanced evaluation of location, cleanliness, room size, and price. It is within walking distance to both shimbashi and ginza corridor for good meals.

First thing is it is really convenient place if you choose to go shopping in Tokyo. It is within walking distance to Ginza shopping area. At the lobby they have a coffee room where you can make free espresso whenever you like. Room is too small though. But that's what it usually is in Tokyo

This hotel is in the Ginza area which is really central and great for shopping. The room was compact but really lovely and had everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. It was surprisingly quiet between rooms and only slight noise from outside - I am a light sleeper and it wasn't disturbing. There were lovely 'touches' in the bathroom and all facilities were clean and comfortable. I can't comment on the cost as this was part of a tour i was on. I'd certainly go again.

This was my first visit to Tokyo and I was looking for a mid budget hotel in a central location. The first thing that strikes one is the friendliness and efficiency of the reception staff. They also helped orient us to what's where and where's what. Rooms are small. What does one expect where real estate in Ginza is at a premium? However, the room is well designed and adequate for one's needs. Loved the high tech toilets in the bathroom that double as douche and bidet. Heated seat, of course!... Read more

We were very comfortable throughout our three night stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the room was extremely nice and very clean. The entrance area was very beautiful as well. The room had a ton of amenities set out, such as slippers, toothbrush / toothpaste, and even a massaging pillow. The room was small compared to American hotel rooms, but seemed on par with other Japanese hotels. The location was also great, as it was very close to the Ginza metro stop, and right in the h... We had four days here. Rooms not large, but quite adequate and well laid out. Staff very helpful. Quiet, clean, well located and a well run hotel. Would stay here again. Hotel is in a good location only 10 min walk from tube stations, and from the airport bus. Lots of shops around the hotel, places to eat, Ginza night life, yet very quiet at the hotel itself. Also close to some beautiful parks (15 min walk).

Decent hotel: the location is great, near the main shopping streets and close to the subway; room was very small and was a little flavorless in terms of design; it was however very clean, had decent electronic equipment and a good bed; bathroom is a little old fashioned but fit for purpose; I repeatedly had problems connecting to the wifi, which was very annoying, also the room was missing a safe, which I would have expected to find; service was ok, but on occasions they struggled to answer our ...
