The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite simple but did the job. I liked the location - just round the corner from the bus, tram and railway station so really handy if you want to go further afield. It was also within easy walking distance from the city centre. Downside was that there was no bar or meeting point once you left your room.

My girlfriend and I stayed here during a group tour across Europe. Yes, the Wifi only works in the lounge at reception. Yes, the air con only works if you leave a card in the slot. Yes, breakfast is on the 7th floor. And yes, there's only one lift so you're likely to be using the stairs. But the location is ideal and the sheets are clean! The hotel is located right next to Termini station which is the main train station in Rome. There's an Internet cafe on the corner and a dry cleaners on the s... Read more

this was the worst hotel ever. I wouldn`t give 1 star to this. me and my husband stayed in june for 3 night, but I feel so sorry for this. the room was dirty, the entrance room had obvious signs of someone forced to get in, there is NO INTERNET and no telephone signal once you stepped into the room, so we had to stay out on the hall way to get some sort of connexion. the air condition was old as my grandma` so it couldn`t face the heat on that period. the breakfast wasn`t great, didn`t look fres... I went to Rome with a tour group, but had a single room. My room was clean, but the air conditioning was a little weak and would not work without the room key in the slot in the wall. Also, you must have the key for the outlets to work. So if you want any batteries or electronic devices to be charged, it must be done while you're in the room. The only wifi signal is in the lobby so you have to sit downstairs with your laptop, tablet, or phone. Luckily, they had a room full of couches for this e... Read more

Stayed here as a couple for 3 nights. It's ideally located at walking distance from Roma Termini and thus connectivity is perfect. Rooms are spacious but no air conditioning. The temperature control will suffocate in case there's no ventilation in there's room. We had to change our room for the same reason as the only wondow in the room opened in conference hall of yhe hotel so was useless. The hotel needs to introduce basic amenities like air conditioning if it calls itself 4 star. Specially ... Read more

It's one of the best hotels in Rome. Me with my fiance enjoyed the great location, tasty breakfast, clean room and polite, kind, carreful receptionist Bruno and workers Anan, Ghamshi! The service was perfect despite the hotel is quite old (about 150 years, as Bruno mentioned ) . We decided to spend our next vacation in hotel champagne garden in rome!!!!

Hotel Champagne Garden doesn't possess any garden to speak of but is ideally located not far from Rome's historic center, Main Train Station and Airport Bus Shuttle around the corner. Unpretentious and practical. The service is friendly, a buffet breakfast included and the room put in impeccable shape every day. Unfortunately, my room didn't get Internet connection.
