It was good to return to this excellent hotel. Initially we were shown to a very small room which was well short of the standard we booked, however, this was resolved swiftly and an excellent room was provided. Once again we dined in the rooftop restaurant and the service and quality were impeccable. We entertained family from Canada and they are still talking about it.

This hotel has everything--walking distance to SpanishSteps, metro and more. Great bar and wonderful restaurant, and the staff is excellent. This is a small boutique, beautiful restored hotel with roof breakfast/bar area.

This was the second time I stayed here. The first time was for 3 nights a few years ago. This time it was for 2 nights in October. There were 4 of us. I booked the 2 rooms online. Our room was 503 very small & the same room we had in the past. Needs some paint in the bathroom. Needs a little work. My brother was is 211. A very spacious room with a king size bed, sitting room & large bathroom. We paid the same price for both rooms, booked them at the same time & my room had a smaller bed not ki... Read more

Here are some words to describe Hotel Valadier: AMAZING, EXCEPTIONAL, FENOMENAL, WONDERFUL..... the list can go long.... the care from the staff to the amazing location to the confortable bed to the interesting decor the Hotel Valadier is a must stay while in Rome. When I arrived in my room I realized that I had forgotten my plug converter, I call the reception and ask if they had one available... very kindly they told me that unfortunately the ones they had was already at use by other guest but... I travel the world monthly and Iâ??ve never meet someone as bad as receptionist â??Carloâ?? in a Hotel. Not only that is the 2nd time I visit this place unfortunately with friends who trust my taste. I feel embarrassed for this bad customer service when I only asked for room service and receptionist was SO RUDE. Unbelievable in Rome!

My wife and I stayed here for five nights in October. The positives: nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean, good location The negatives: we got a room in a separate part of the hotel, which was a bit impractical. There was a lot of noise from the flats above, especially during the night.

Oh snap where do I begin....Stayed here for 2 nights while in Rome for the first time. The front desk staff is super nice and very helpful. Our room was kind of small but that was expected, at least is was very clean. If you need to iron your clothes, you can call the front desk and they will bring you an iron and ironing board. I know some hotels in Italy will tell you it's a fire hazard and won't give you an iron but I was in luck. Both restaurants on site (the one on the 6th floor (Rise I thi... Read more

The staff was very nice, answering all our questions and providing us with everything we needed. Breakfast was included in our booking. It was a good spread on their rooftop. The room was cozy and classy, with a bit of street noise from the restaurants below (to be expected in Rome). The location was pretty good, close to the shops on Corso and the Borghese Gardens. Our only problem was its distance from the Metro (about a ten minute walk).

When enter the hotel lobby it was so nice interior. Then we enter the room and surprise it was so small. N if u have big luggage then u will find difficult to open them in the room. And we found no water heater jug. While usually when staying in hotel we got 2bottles of mineral water as room complimentary and it was nothing. Then we asked to the receptionist and it said they dont serve it and we asked for the water heater jug then they sent it. Lucky us had not too bad breakfast here.
