The hotel is close to Termini Station. Its location is on a one-way street and is a little loud there. The rooms are very old, the service is good and there is a good breakfast terrace. Roman cards are free at the reception. WiFi is expensive.

basic room, small bathroom, bad and linen are o.k. noisy-you can ear the train but we got used to that. the big problem is the noise from the doors and corridor( there were a group of teenagers from some high school, very polite but we could ear every coming and going). location- 25 min from termini station,10 min to the red line. we needed a refrigerator in the room and ours wasn't working. the staff was very helpful, store our things in their privet refrigerator and replace ours immediately. ... We where here for 4 nights in September we where on the ground floor so had the trams and traffic going by this did not bother us . You can close the windows and shutters . The hotel is a bit dated but again for us all we did was sleep and bath ect. The walk to the train station took around 15 to 20 minutes for me and my partner this was fine. Firstly. The import thing to remember is you get what you pay for This hotel is fine but it is what it is The staff are excellent The building is quaint It is very clean Breakfast is good The reviews saying this place is bad are wrong. Firstly it is in a run down area but it was fine You can get to different parts of the city quite easily on the trams nearby I had room 205. Now it was below ground and the room a bit musty but the bed was fab and it was very clean. The shower was excellent. ... Read more

We stayed for 4 nights last week and for the price we paid we cannot fault this hotel. Air con worked like a charm, rooms were clean and fit for purpose and breakfast was good - unlimited continental foods and coffee. It's obviously a budget Hotel so luxury cannot be expected. The one and only problem was that it is quite a walk from any of the interesting sites in Rome but the metro is about a 10 min walk which was handy.

I booked the room with booking. The photos were complete fabrications because the room was scary dirty, broken toilet, broken bed, dirty to the point were I don't think it is cleaned from guest to guest. The concierge takes city tax before you see the room. The room has a big window that at nights someone sits there drinking and smoking and the trash is there the next morning. We were scared and contacted booking immediately who reimbursed us and booked a different hotel for us.

Just visited for 2 nights with 3 friends. Stayed in a family room with 4 single beds. The hotel is definitely a no frills hotel but you get what you pay for. We only needed somewhere to sleep as we visited the sights of Rome all day untill late in the evening. The area is out of the main attraction points in Rome but it was only a ?10 taxi or a 15min ride on the tram at the end of the road. The area is scruffy and looks a little rough but don't let that put you off, we never felt uneasy or s... Read more

This hotel was sold to us as part of a 3 day city break package from a well known high street company. I have to say we were a little disappointed with it. . We do feel as though it was a bit miss-sold & will voice our concerns to the package seller. I cannot fault the hotel staff as they did everything & more asked of them but the room was something else. The walls are so thin we could hear everything being said in the next room & I'm sure visa, versa. Bit of a passion killer in one of the most... Read more

Me and my boyfriend booked a very cheap city break to Rome, we stayed here. After reading the bad reviews I thought it'd be awful, but it was fine. Really good for the price, considering you are staying in Rome's city centre. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, but there is a tv, shower/toilet with plenty of towels. They had soap and packets of shampoo. The breakfast was basic, tea and coffee, cereal, some cheese and ham, bread, but the sweet Danish pastry type things were yum... Read more

The windows and doors are absolutely not insulated, so it is very very noisy. At night you can not sleep without earplugs! It's cold in the rooms, an air conditioner heats the room and you should ask the receptionist to turn it on!!! The breakfast is the same every day. 1 type of ham, cheese, white bread and bakery products. Coffee and soft drinks (orange and pineapple juice) are included in the price. There is kettle and tea bags, sugar, plastic cups, spoons at the reception for free. The surr... Read more
