Luke warm dribble shower, horrifically cold room - slept with a hoodie on and was still shivering. Breakfast was super average too, stale bread/cake and a sad coffee machine that had dirty little bits coming out with the milk/water. Location was the only upside.

The heater was not working in our room had to ask for extra blankets. The shower was never really hot just like warm and the Wifi is terrible. The bed is so springy and very uncomfortable and had to ask for xtra pillows. The staff were friendly enough though. Breakfast was so average.

Nice place, good breakfast buffet and friendly staff with modern rooms and facilities. Not a very central however there is a subway station a short walk that will take you directly to all the good touristy places. Will stay again.

we reserved a double room. we got there too late so you pay 30EUR, We got a room with 2 beds put together on wheels... the beds seperated. One of us fell out of the bed. the internet didint work well. When we asked for a different room we had to fight and threaten to dipute the charge. everything in this hotel you have to fight for. most of the staff doesnt smile just grin as if they bit into a lemon. after fighting the room was ok for the price. it is cheap but i get less than what you pay for.... Arrived Monday Oct 30th for a 5 night stay. Upon arrival, the female receptionist checked us in and was very pleasant. As they had no available rooms yet(early arrival) we were able to leave out bags at reception and head out for the day. She was able to give us advice on the best way to get into the centre (tram NOT metro). Thank You. We arrived back to be met by a different receptionist (tall male) who gave us our key. When we went into our room, we were shocked by the terrible state the room... Read more

Upon arrival it appears to be a lovely hotel tucked away from the bustling streets and traffic. Our journey to our room started to show what type of hotel is was. The lift up to floor 4 away from main reception was outdated and every time we got into it we were fearful of it breaking and killing us. The room itself was outdated, marks and scuffs on the walls, random unlabelled liquid soap in the bathroom. The only good part was the view and how well the shutters kept out the sunlight. The walls ... Read more

This was a base for my Italy tour. Room was somewhat worn and dirty with scuffs on walls. Shower was tiny...soap only in pump bottle...so being your own. There is Wi-Fi but only strong in main building. It is near policlinico metro stop so you can access most of rome there. Also is tram stop nearby. Breakfast was so so.

The hotel automatically cancelled our reservation and the reason the rude guy at the front desk named Fabrizid gave for this is, we are late! Really? This is a hotel, not an airplane. It is not like the hotel is going to take off if we show up late. Despite explaining him our situation that our flight arrived late, he kept repeating that this is their policy. His body language simply showed he absolutely cares nothing for me or my pregnant wife showing up so late in the night with nowhere else t... Read more

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful (pointing us out places of interest on the map etc). Our room was small and quite warm, don't think the air con was working. I feel that they had done well with the space there was. The bathroom was small but fine for what we needed. Fresh towels daily. And basic toiletries provided. The water in the fridge isn't free (should probably have learnt by now but we thought as it was 4 star it may have been). The breakfast had a selection o... Read more
