They claim to be a 4star Hotel, but it actually acts like 1 star hotel. The staff is completely unprepared and rude. We arrived at the reception around 12PM on the 28th of December and we have been asked by the reception girl to take a sit in their main area (the size of a small closet). As we had 2 rooms we asked if they can be on the same floor and also if we can do the checkin' a bit early. We were told to wait by the same girl. At 2PM we went to ask them again and we were told that the room ... Read more

We stayed 5 nights here. Our standard double room had a king size bed and our room was spotlessly clean along with the bathroom although not a huge room it was good enough for 2 of us. The Hotel has facilities for leaving your luggage which we found useful. The housekeeping staff were very conscientious and hard working. The reception on the TV was poor but we weren't there to watch TV so it wasn't a problem. The continental breakfast was sufficient and the waiting staff pleasant and helpful.... Read more

Hotel is fantastic. Bar room is small and there's no restaurant in the hotel. Room was great even though it's small was still a great standard room in Rome. Hotel staff is friendly and cleaning/services was top. Would want to go there again if we ever go back to Rome.

Too loud, too small room, too small bed, too small TV, too poor breakfast => This is not a 4****-Hotel. I got a very small room for single use on the first floor at the street side of the house. It was one of the smallest rooms I have ever seen in a hotel. The bed was shorter than average. There is heavy traffic (italian kind -> drivers making use of their horns at any occasion) until late at night due to the train station on the opposite side of the street. Traffic starts again at early morni... Read more

Wow - Amazing Hotel - Great Location, everything you need is right at their doorstep. Convenient and easy to find & access. The staff is wonderful and nice to deal with. They make your entire stay effortless. At the front desk, the ladies are hardworking, multi-tasking and making sure your every inquiry is answered without neglecting any other clients walking in. Fatima has been there for years and is very good at what she does. She can check you in quickly and spend extra time with you if need... Read more

Was doubtful whether to proceed with my stay after reading few reviews of unsafe neighborhood. But with no intention to change bookings, I stayed with my family for 5 nights. I have to say that this hotel is pretty comfortable by all means. Pros - very close location to roma termini station for airport transfers and all tourist pick ups; good breakfast; rooms clean and maintain privacy if we put the board outside; inhouse discount for day tours (roam your way tours); good friendly reception; se... I have often stayed near the Termini Station if I am in Rome, this area may be a little riské at night, but in general, if you practice good caution and try not to go out after 11:00 PM. you are generally okay. First of all, if you are in Rome on weekend, no stores are going to be open and at least you will be able to buy some food or drinks at the market inside the Termini. Then if you know the area, there are many hidden gem restaurants that are run by mom and pop team that serves great food ... Read more

Hotel was ok a little confusing at first, but it was our first trip.We flew into Rome just to spend the first night we wanted to be next to the train station as we were heading for Masse Lubrense for a few days to recover from the flight Aphrodite Hotel all in all was a decent hotel the breakfast was great,we came back to Rome after 3 weeks on the road to tour Rome and the Vatican decided to stay in same place. There is a great little restaurant next door, where we really enjoyed the waiter and go... As many people have noted, these are neither large nor fancy rooms. If you are going on a trip to spend time in a hotel, this is not your choice. If you are going on a trip to spend time in Rome and need a clean, quiet safe place to store your suitcase, sleep, take a shower and the like, this is a great choice. It has a central location near two major metro lines, a major bus terminal and Rome Termini. It is within walking distance of tourist sites, the U.S. embassy and the like. One ad... Read more
