It is a good four-star hotel. The position is strategic. Not far from Spain and Villa borghese, also barberini square is not difficult to reach.Spacious and cleaned rooms. Friendly and helpful staff, special mention to Michaela, she did a good job. Highly recommended

We returned to this nice hotel because it was well located, literally overlooking the Villa Borghese gardens. We had pre-booked online a visit of the fabulous Borghese Gallery so this was very convenient. The NH is also close to a main metro station that connects with all parts of Rome, and is walking distance from the elegant Via Veneto/Via Barberini district. Breakfasts are awesome and rooms very good. Staff very professional. Only downside was that the free wifi was unstable at times, this m... Read more

I admit, i am in love with this hotel, the location is amazing if you want to go running in the morning at villa borghese or quickly access the city centre. Staff is very friendly and breakfast if extremely good. Rooms can be either good or average, i had several experiences so the output is not constant, however if lucky you can ask to be changed.

It is the second time that we are staying in NH Collection (first time was in Berlin) and our accomodation was very satisfying. The hotel is near Villa Borghese and Spanish steps which it was our choice. We also had a room upgrade from junior suite to a pincio suite which was fantastic. The breakfast is decent.

Very rude staff, especially during a busy time of the year, room was very small, breakfast crowded. But the worst experience is during the check out process, it was very slow, the male front desk staff didn't ask anything about the stay, and after finalizing the process didn't even thank us, ask if we needed a Taxi. I will not stay at NH.

Michela, one of the front desk employees, helped me tremendously with a document I needed to fill out for my college education back in the U. S. where Iā??m from. She spoke multiple languages including Spanish and English, so she had no problem answering my questions regarding finding a computer, printing out a pdf document, signing it, and finally scanning it. She even allowed me to go behind the front desk and use their computer to do all of this! Using the hotel computer there is free of cha... Read more

Hotel location is quite good. You are walking distance to Borghese Gardens. This open air paradise is fantastic for outdoor activities like walking, running, cycling etc. There is also a zoo in there. Another popular locations is also not so far. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are good on average. Our room has been upgraded to Junior Suite. Positives: Large, Borghese Garden View with a street. Negatives; We stayed(still staying) in a French Bed but this bed consists of two sep... Read more

The rooms are fairly comfortable. Shame the staff cannot notice the food or drink sprayed up one wall (near bathroom). Minibar prices ridiculous 5.50 euros for a can of coke!? The room temperature is was a little cold and the thermostat never really seemed to change that. The breakfast is super busy when Hotel is busy there was a distinct lack of anyone managing queuing guests or replenishing items when gone. Luckily there is a large enough selection you can find something that you want. Room se... Read more

This is a hotel in a not so good area. You need to walk thru dark area at night, to the neighborhood restaurant and bar area. 20 minutes of walk will take you to Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain. The room is small, but this is Rome. Clean and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, we had very good rest after long flights. Free breakfast included. Huge selection, great coffee and pastry, fresh juice, cheese, and cold cuts. Walking under the bridge will get you to many restaurants and shops. ... Read more
