We stayed for 2 nights visiting family. Check-in was OK, our deluxe room was smaller than average but well appointed with all the amenities present, and the public areas are very pretty. However, management of the hotel need to tighten discipline. Housekeeping was hit and miss; tea bags not replaced and glass shelves left dusty. A vacuum cleaner in the bedroom corridor sat against a wall for most of the day. Breakfast was a good quality buffet but no one checked or replaced bowls of food on th... Read more

We stayed here only 1 night of our 12 day tour of Israel. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. There was a very nice ‚??happy hour‚?? with wine and snacks mid day. And a nice breakfast the following morning. The location was good. We walked to ‚??German Town‚?? which is at the bottom of the Bhai Gardens. There are lots of stray cats in Israel. We took a taxi back being 6 women, we were a little nervous not knowing if the area was safe very late at night.

My husband and I spent three night at the Bay Club during the film festival in Haifa. The location is great - within walking distance or short ride to Wadi Nisnas, the port, where they had special events for the holiday, to the German Colony and the Bahai gardens. The building is beautiful and so is the decor. The room is very small, but we got one with a balcony, where I could work and read while my husband was asleep. The food was good and they also offer snacks from 5 to 8 pm. Service was v... Read more

It is well locate and the view of the bay is beautiful. The rooms are small but very clean. The little salon as you enter the hotel is very elegant and so are the rooms. The service was very good. What you see on the site is what you get. The staff is very polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and have not problem recoomending it.

Bay Club 7 Hasan Shukri, is a boutique hotel. Small rooms but great view of the Bay. One lift. Carry light baggage. Have a shoulder massage, enjoy free drinks hour and snacks, walk to nearby German Street for great food choices and restaurants. Or sit in hotel lounge and relax. Staff is courteous but remember this is a Club not a chain. So do something different guys! Enjoy Haifa.

Well-designed, repurposed building that has great bones. Thick walls and floors make for unparalleled quiet and a first-class feel. The staff is always smiling and anxious to please. Not in the center of town but offered us a free taxi trip to the Bahai Temple. There's a park next door with spectacular views of the Haifa port and Acre. Walk the neighborhood for some delicious treats like baklava and pita.

This former mandate-era mansion is lovely and well-located in the Hadar area. We had an airy corner room which was spacious and well-appointed. Unfortunately the level of service is not what I would expect from a hotel of this type. Things (milk, coffee, sugar, silverware, etc) ran out at breakfast so we had to constantly request them. Laundry that we delivered for cleaning was mysteriously returned to the room unlaundered. Also, there is no dedicated parking, but some nearby street parking... Read more

We have spent 3 days in these hotel. Service was very good, rooms were clean and spacious enough. Bathroom a little to small but did not bother to much. Some refurbishment will not harm but overall we had a pleasent stay.

The hotel should be a 4 stars hotel but to be honest is more like a 3 stars. The rooms are quite comfortable, but the bathroom is too small. Every day the staff makes the bed and changes the towels, but does not clean the room or the bathroom. The breakfast is very good, large choice of bread, cakes, cheese, salads, sauces and so on! Every afternoon there is a happy hour organized in the restautant hall with wine and some snacks. Very nice! Finally, the position is quite close to downtown, about... Read more
