The location is in a safe area right across the street from the tram into Old City. The rooms were okay but we had major issues with air conditioning and heat. It seems that October 31 they shut off all a\c and you can only get heat. The days were still in the 80's so the rooms were very warm by the end of the day. Opening the windows at night did cool off the room but then there was significant street noise, so it was a no win situation. When I asked at the front desk for a fan, they just ... Read more

we stayed here for 4 days , its a great place to stay to see the sights, small light railway stops right outside and the Old City is within walking distance. The hotel itself is lovely but breakfast and dinner buffets are more like rugby scrums and house keeping was very lax, beds not made properly and room not cleaned and coffee/tea not filled .We would'nt stay there again if we return.

The hotel was suitable but rooms quite small. One of the beds had blood stains on the duvet cover, and the beds were very narrow. The tea station was not restocked regularly. The dining hall staff were friendly and efficient with the large groups moving through. The food was plentiful but a little repetitious. The small gift shop has some lovely items at good prices. The hotel is a couple of meter's walk from the tram station which runs down Jaffa Str to the Jaffa Gate at the old city.

This hotel is in a great location just minutes walk to the light rail which you can ride a few stops to the vibrant downtown triangle. And a few more stops to the City Hall and the Old City of Jerusalem. The hotel itself is a little tired. Beds are not very comfortable, towels are old and thin. Very busy with tour groups.

This place is a solid 3 star. With friendly staff. A central location and friendly staff members. The breakfast and supper buffets are good although quite repetitive they do have a enough of a variety for even the picky eaters to find something. The room was a little on the small side but was kept clean and any issues were promptly dealt with for the whole group.

I've read very positive reviews about this hotel and actually it was recommended by my good friend, so it was chosen mostly because it's in walking distance from Mahane Yehuda market and not so far from the Old city. Besides, having a free -parking is a very big plus for staying in Jerusalem. One more good point - great pool on the roof . But no gym. We stayed for 2 nights and breakfast quality was very different. Meager choice first morning but excellent coffee, next morning vise versa - much ... Read more
