Stayed here for 3 nights - the first nights on the 2nd floor there was loud music until the early morning and we were moved to the 6th floor our complaint took 10 minutes to deal with and I must pay tribute to the Deputy Manager originally from Romania who was very effective and efficient. A true leader of the team. The other member of staff for his help and sorting out Internet and printing was a person called Shubham on reception again very helpful. An ideal location in the centre of Dublin... Read more

We stayed from the 3rd - 6th of February. The room was lovely and new, everything was sparkling clean. We really liked the amenities such as the in room tea making facilities and the Smart TV! The hotel is in a really good, central location. Murray's Bar is right next door which has an amazing outdoor area that we loved. The included breakfast was fantastic, really excellent choice whether you're in the mood for a continental or cooked breakfast. The service was incredible too, we got a wobbly ... Read more

On arriving at the hotel we were met by Garreth a very friendly shift manager. There was 6 of us and we asked if we could drop our cases and return later as check in wasn't until 2pm. We mentioned that we had 3 separate bookings as our daughters and their partners had suprised us at the airport joining us ... Read more

The rooms are spacious and very clean having all the usual amenities e.g. hair dryer, kettle, iron etc. The free wifi worked perfectly in all areas I visited. I particularly liked the informal lounge/cafe area surrounding the reception area. The inclusive breakfast was very comprehensive and entirely self serv... Read more
