We stayed at the Clayton for one night as we were due to travel out on our holiday early on Tues 14th and thought it better to stay over than rush and worry about driving etc on the day of travel. The receptionist was very pleasant and offered us an upgrade to our booked room at no extra cost. She told us where we could get the shuttle bus from and wished us a pleasant stay. The room itself was spacious, clean and warm. I‚??m not giving a full 5 stars for 3 reasons. First - the cost for one ni... Read more

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, very convenient for the airport just parked my car and got the transfer bus to the airport. My little girl left her ring in the room after her. I rang the hotel and spoke to a lovely girl who took my name and telephone number and checked for me. The ring was found and returned by parcel post the next two days. One happy little girl. The room was lovely and spacious and I must say the beds were so comfortable I wished I could have stayed another night. Highly reco... Read more

Having just commented on another Clayton (Leopardstown) it would be remiss of me not to mention my regular stay hotel Dublin Airport, and again compliments to the Clayton HR gurus. Reception Ramona Alva and Hannah Restaurant Mahsood and not forgetting the night manager Imran? Your staffing protocols are working! Your staff are amazing especially Ramona and Imran who make my stay as comfortable as is possible and within their remit. Like Alex's in Leopardstown you have people who enhance your b... Read more

This 'secure parking' is a joke!!!! We had our spare wheel stolen while away for a week. Being on the outside of the vehicle, it would not set off an alarm. We are disgusted and the hotel are worse than useless. There are cameras everywhere but obviously this is not a deterrent. We were in the underground car park where there are staff valeting vehicles on a regular basis. What a stressful thing to come back to after your holiday. Phone calls to the hotel just made things worse......they don't g... Read more

Chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. We had to pay 9 euros for overnight parking in addition to our room rate. There is a large bar/restaurant area in the main lobby which was quite bustling upon our arrival and in the evening. The rooms are very basic, but lack electrical outlets near the bedside. We were awoken by other guests who were leaving the hotel about 4 am - people who carry on loudly in the hallways always amaze me, seriously - shut up - people are trying to sleep. ... Read more
