This staff member is absolute Joke He will not accommodate any of your requests, he actually goes out his way to make your stay as unpleasant as he can. His manner so rude, you just do not want deal with him. He is hard work exhausting. When you ask speak Manager, he tells you no manager, that he is one speak to at reception!! So were do you go from here!!!! I will not return as valued customer.

Booked at last minute for a short break, was very expensive for what it was. Room was massive and clean, bed was comfy. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast tasty and plenty to keep you going for the day. Noise didn't bother me to much once I fell asleep I slept through but took a while to block out the sound. Location was great. I wouldn't stay again but only due to the cost.

The worst night we have ever spent in a hotel! What appeared to be a very pleasant room turned into a sort of Abu Ghraib about midnight when the nightclub on the ground floor went into high gear. A vastly distorted bass component of what might have been, in the hands of a non-sadistic DJ, good songs boomed and vibrated relentlessly until 5 AM. No sleep was possible. Ears ached. As if that were not torture enough, the smell of tobacco smoke increasingly permeated our non-smoking room. Perhaps... Read more

This hotel was booked by company travel company. At check in we were told that the hotel didn't offer dinners but as residents we had free access to the nightclub! Not ideal when you're staying for business. The room itself was clean and spacious. Thankfully there were earplugs provided for each bed as the nightclub started at 11pm and closed at 3am. It's amazing that so many people go clubbing on a Wednesday night! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a choice of full Irish o... Read more

This hotel becomes a discotheque at night. As a result it could very very noisy! However, it is very close from city center so you can visit the whole city ofDublin walking from the hotel. It is a good deal if you want to be near the city center and you are going to go out at night and come back late at night. If you want to rest amd stay in a quiet place, this hotel is not for you!

We stayed here for a hen party it was in a very convenient location. It was clean warm and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The security staff are good for not letting people into the accommodation, in particular a lady security guard.

I called at 7 for an iron and ironing board (I did specify), 25 mins later I received an iron, no board, I then called at 8 (one hour later) where they told me to come to reception to get it, I said that's not happening I've waited an hour, to which the receptionist said....well in that case sir we don't have one. Never visiting here again!!

Honestly.... it's now 3:50AM.... loud banging music for a pathetic hotel and we are 3 FLOORS UP! Reception is turned into a nightclub coat stand and I can't even call them from my hotel room to complain about it.... either have a club or a hotel... NOT both.... this is the view from my hotel room to the club below.... DISGUSTING!!!

The entire experience was awful, two friends and I had just finished a charity weekend with 800+ children aged 5-7 so needless to say we were exhausted and looking forward to going out for some drinks afterwards. We booked the Jackson hotel as it was close to the pub where we were going and was reasonably priced. We arrived checked in that was fine, but once we got to our room it was far to warm, so we went down to reception where she informed us it was not possible to turn down the radiators in... Read more

Stayed with the girls for 1 night, lovely big clean triple room, seemed to be newly refurbished, nice staff, only issue no lift and we were on the top floor with lots of bags !!! Discount with local car park which was a plus as parking in Dublin so expensive.
