I won't stay in this hotel again. Badly light car park at the back of the building was not helped by having to walk past rowdy group of men at the side of the building and no security/staff monitoring the area. Over priced snacks.Cold bedroom. Flimsy duvets. Very disappointing.

Went for a dinner with friends in the hotel bar at the beginning of November. The place looks amazing and the bar is huge! We just had a pint and some food (best chicken wings I ever had). The Italian waitress was super helpful, couldnâ??t remember her name though. Absolutely recommended!

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had all over the world . I paid â?¬290 for a room which upon arrival there was an immediate smell of vomit from the night before, we were then allocated the room right next door with no apologies just a knock on the door from a porter with new keys . We had dinner and drinks which in total came to nearly â?¬350.00 in the hotel bar , bad service and staff which were overwhelmed by the velocity of guests from a function which was ongoing elsewhere in ... This is a lovely hotel, and although it wasn't cheap, it was one of the most reasonably priced in Dublin that weekend. The rooms were lovely and the bed was huge. I really liked the lay out of the room - loads of plug spaces where you might want them, and plenty of storage space. The bar area and reception is really nice. Great location for heading into Dublin city. I would have given this hotel 5 stars, except for a few things: - I thought the service in the bar was pretty slow - We were ther... Read more

Had a lovely stay in the Clayton Hotel (for the most part). Jacqueline was really lovely checking us in promptly and helping us out with room service. She is an absolute asset to the hotel. The night manager (sorry I never got his name) was also very helpful when we found ourselves in a bit of a situation in the middle of the night when a drunk resident was trying to get into our room. The night porter came up and got him away promptly which was much to our relief as waking up to a man banging d... Read more

The lobby as well as the bar is very modern and well decorated. The breakfast is gorgeous and worth the price. Last time I stayed I ordered a crab risotto for lunch and it wasn't exactly what I expected. The rooms are very spacious and modernly decorated, minimalist but yet with lux. Very nice armchair. Desk where you can get work done. The bed is extremely comfy!

Def recommend this hotel. Very clean, bar fantastic and staff v friendly and customer focused. Rooms spot on and lovely breakfast in the morning. A little bit out of town but plenty of taxis and bus stops near by. â?¬10 including tip takes u to RDS were plenty of bars and restaurants. I would return to this hotel.

I stayed at this Clayton for one night on business. Itâ??s a massive hotel with reasonable facilities but beneath the veneer is really very tired. Whatâ??s good: - rooms are adequately sized - plenty of bar space - location isnâ??t central but neither is it too bad Whatâ??s not: - shower really didnâ??t do the job. Fluctuated from scalding to freezing with terrible water pressure. This is a cardinal sin in my book for a hotel and takes my rating down from what would otherwise be 3* to 2*. - r... Read more

I chose to stay at this hotel because of its high reviews, however, my experience particularly, with the front desk was negative. I would say this hotel gives the facade of premium but with all low quality which shows in the details and the staff. Firstly, we were placed in a room above the hotelâ??s bar which was very noisy plus there was a constant whistling sound coming from the toilet. Therefore, after one night of this we asked to change rooms. We were made to wait all day before we receive... Read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. All staff were very accommodating and delivered their service with a smile. Well done on Customer Care!!! Room Service very good as well as meals in bar. Taxi stop right outside the hotel too. Room was very nice and spacious. Pillows for sleeping on could be improved in terms of firmness, but over all very impressed with this hotel. I shall be back.
