Stayed here for business. Basic, clean, comfortable room with tea/coffee facilities. Room on noisy side, but had a white noise app that drowned out same and helped me get asleep. Room was clean, however, the bathroom tiles could do with a deep clean e.g. dirt on tile borders. Would stay here again. Recommendation: request room in quiet location when booking.

We stayed here for one night on a quick visit to Dublin - given that the plan for the evening was to hit the pubs we weren't too fussed about where we stayed as long as it was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. This hotel ticked all those boxes and the location was also handy for both the temple bar area and grafton street. The room was quite spacious and despite being on a fairly busy road we didn't find noise to be an issue. Would recommend a stay here if you're not expecting luxury b... Read more

Arrived for business trip, very noisy location from road noise, building noise and general public noise into the early hours. Double glazing not effective in keeping out the noise and glad i had my own ear plugs else would have had no sleep at all. Room was tired, needed blackout curtains and disturbed by constant flashing of neighbouring sign. Room not welcoming as heating hadn't been turned on and had to lay in bed in clothes for an hour whilst room warmed up. Wouldnt recommend. I stay in Dub... Read more

Not easy to find at first but once located, a very convenient location near great shopping & tourist areas, including Grafton Street. Go the extra buck & get a family room. The room was very large including a large bathroom. Clean with plenty of mirrors & electrical outlets for our modern gadgets. You can tell it's an older building & could do some updating like an electrical outlet in the bathroom that we women value. But vanity was a nice addition. Don't be distracted by the hallways. The room... Read more

Have stayed here a few times. The location is very convenient with car parking right next door. The price was very competitively priced for close to a City Centre location. The room was spacious and clean. The shower in the bathroom had very little power. The biggest issue I had was with the very poor sound insulation in the bedroom. Our room was off the side street but close to a busy corner with traffic lights and a lot of traffic from very early morning and late at night. Canâ??t imagine ho... Read more

You kind of know what you're getting with Travelodge overall, so the room itself was fine although the ceramic on the bathtub had worn away a tiny bit, and the staff were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel though was excellent, being only a 1 minute walk away from Stephen's Green and therefore connections to all the other main sights around Dublin. The only downside was that our room faced onto the main road and we therefore received all the noise from people and traffic, as well as th... Read more

We have just returned from a long week end break from this Travel Lodge in Dublin City Centre. Perfect location - we managed to visit most of the main sites and attractions either on foot or by a short bus journey. All Reception staff were welcoming/friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is very clean - beds & pillows very comfortable - ice white sheets and towels, of which were changed daily. The shower was hot & powerful. Considering it is based in the city centre, we found it to be q... Read more

Would be hard to recommend this as a place to stay, While the location is perfect, I found the lack of sound proofing between rooms to be a reall irritation, especially at 2,3 & 4 o clock in the morning,

Good location away from the noise bar noise of Temple Bar location. Great recommendations from staff. We walked all around town from here. Had a family of 8 plus infant and we had no issues. Rooms clean.
