We stayed for four days in Annā??s Residency in Fort Kochi in just before Christmas. It is well located to the town, and a peaceful place to stay. Ann Fernandez is an excellent host, and helped us with information on the town and travel arrangements. Prior to arrival, we arranged with Ann for an airport pickup, and then after staying in Fort Kochi for five days for travel to Munnar, Thekkady and Alapuzzha. George was our driver, and was waiting for us at Cochin International with his Ambassador ... Read more

Upon entering the house, Ann welcomed me with a beautiful smile. Showed me to my room which was available early. It was like being at home. That said, if U are a gluten intolerant vegetarian, breakfast won't be more than fruit, fresh squeezed juice, coffee/tea. So be prepared to bring your own snacks. Or have an early lunch. Ann mentioned many things to do in the area. Fort Kochin is an area that caters to tourist, so there are lots of shops and sites to see. Be prepared to have full days of ... Read more

Despite it being almost 2 years ago (could only fill in 2016, but it was February 2015) I visited Ann's Residency, I remember their welcome very vividly! We travelled for a long time and the heat and humidity weighed heavy on us. Ann and Maria, both such sweethearts!!, welcomed us in a way that made us feel at home immediately. I felt comfortable at once and could ease out and relax. The rooms of me and my father were both beautiful and spotless! Breakfast was great and every staff member was ... Read more

Great place with quiet rooms, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Grounds of the residency are pleasing and very well kept, and it is easy to walk to many of the main sights. A welcome relaxing break!

Comfortable stay at Ann's in lovely surroundings, and in walking distance of most attractions. Good breakfast of fruit, omelette, cereal, toast and coffee. Highly recommended! We also recommend the restaurant around the corner called Oceanos which served the most fantastic food, and the Teapot cafe too. Fort Cochin is well worth staying for at least 3 or 4 days if you want to relax and chill out!

After a long drive journey we arrived in this peaceful, well maintained homely house and we were warmly welcomed by Ann the owner. There were two deluxe room available and we choose the top floor with big balcony number 6 (not private as there is a door from outside) that faces the courtyard. A mini luxury was the Ayurvedic soap but there was no shampoo/shower gel so bring yours. The room was clean and tidy with all Indian wooden carving and decorations that made it special. Ann helped us in ev... Read more

After days on the road we wanted something comfy and Ann's residency was it. I was with 5 friends and we all took a deluxe room in pairs. The lady of the house is amazingly friendly and hospitable. The staff is always ready to help, rooms are clean and have everything you need; spacious balcony, mosquito net, comfy bed, a/c, relaxing bathtub and toilet paper on the bathrooms. Wifi/internet isn't always working, but the pc desktop in the main hall is quite fast. The whole house and garden are ni... Read more
