The location near the main railway station is extremely convenient. The rooms are basic but all is working very well except wifi which I could not get in my room. The staff is a little inexperienced but really polite and tries to help. To find a room with everything you need like private bathroom (well functioning) in this location in Munich for such a low price is a bargain.

This is normally a very cheap hotel but as we arrived during Oktoberfest and it was only 10 minutes walk from the beer tents we were probably lucky to get accommodation but at inflated price. Arriving by train at the fantastic Munich HBF it was only 10 minutes walk so fitted our criteria for a hotel. Reception was quick and efficient and the room and bathroom while small were functional. Bathroom looked have been recently renovated. We had a window but not much of view. Reception sold alcohol ... Read more

First day I got there, the cleaners stole my macbook charger, complained to hotel staff, no follow up. Shower/bath very unclean (disgusting hair to say the least). Mold on the walls, plus dust everywhere. Very busy market outside keeping me awake at 3am, small room with no kettle, fridge or safe. Wifi was slow at best and food much too expensive to be worth it. Do not go here, unless you enjoy getting your stuff nicked and listening to a busy market set up at 4am.

First impressions of this place wern‚??t great for my partner and I. We arrived at 1:45pm, 15 minutes early to check in. We had to wait almost an hour after the 2pm check in before we were granted permission to enter our room. The staff did feel bad and gave us drink vouchers for the bar for making us wait. The hotel is a little outdated, could use a good clean especially the kitchen, the beds arn‚??t the best but are clean. At the end of the day the staff are trying their best and are incredib... The hotel is ideally located for Oktoberfest as it says. But all other aspects are not good enough. Firstly is it above a fruit and veg market that starts getting deliveries at 3am and gets louder from then. My main issue however is that we paid extra for a double room, we were given a twin room. I have since taken this up with the hotel and asked for the extra back that I paid but since asking this they have stopped replying to my emails. Would definitely not go anywhere near this hotel again. ... Read more

I was here for work. The position is very good, as it is close to the central train station, and the staff was polite. Apart from that, keep in mind a few things before selecting this place for your stay: - wifi connection is very weak, and in some rooms it is almost absent - the breakfast they have is very limited - there is a market just at the ground level, so it is quite a noisy area - there is no cooling system, so during summer either you accept having a sauna in your bed or you have to ... I would have given it 0 stars but don't think this is an option. Only good thing is the location hence the 1 star. It is around 5-7mins walking from the Munich central station. Plenty of small supermarkets and lots of eateries around the hotel. Close to the shopping centres and main shopping district. 10mins from KARLPLATZ by walk. That's were the good things end. Luckily i stayed here for only 1 night so i guess suffering was only for 1 night. Don't know how the rating system of the hotel wor... Read more

Like the title say, really can't figure it out, must have been the price and location!! I picked Munich as the place to stay because it was close to Dachau and it's munich i thought it would be a great city to visit. As far as location it was 2 blocks from metro but although there are a ton of hotels in this area it really isn't the best. The room was small which wasn't a big deal but the peeling wall paper, dated carpet and the small bathroom with mildew on the walls i would say stay somewhere ... Read more

Helpful staff, but they cant help with all the pitfalls of this place. Tiny rooms even though i booked a twin room. I found small bugs scattered in my room the first night. They were happy to change rooms. In the second room the wifi signal didnt reach so i had to sit outside my room to use it. Also sheets were dirty.

I was in Munich for layover. The hotel is near main train station. Very comfortable and clean accomodations at a very reasonable price. Breakfast is 8 euro in morning. I was happy that when you book on Trip advisor they will make a room for you, even when the desk says they are sold out. I would defintely stay at this place again.
