The staff was very friendly and had excellent english..special thank you to Damian, Hammed, and Jennifer for letting us drink and sing (LOUD) well into the night....want to also mention all the other staff for their friendliness ,but we can't remember all the names.... finally the jagd und hunt show is just breathtaking.!! we will definitely come back... What a great hotel. Fantastic facilities, friendly staff who spoke good English and were very helpful and courteous too. The spa, gym and pool are particularly worth a merit as is the breakfast. 15 minute stroll to Signal Iduna Stadium for the Dortmund game we came to watch and 4 stops into the city on the underground station a 5 minute walk away. Perfect. Will be back and would thoroughly recommend especially for football tourists.

Superior room on the 2nd floor was average in size with rather small windows overlooking the entrance. The rooms and hotel itself are not very special. The spa area is quite good with a large pool and sauna area with one wet and two dry saunas. Opening times are relaxed from 6:30 until 22:30. Location of the hotel is rather far from the center. A brisk half an hour walk through the park will get you there.

We spent 2 nights there over Christmas as my parents in law in Dortmund had no space to put all three us up due to lack of space. We deliberately looked in advance to see what hotels were listed as family-friendly and the Radisson Blu came out high. Unfortunately, that did not turn out to be the case. We asked especially in advance for a baby bed by telephone for our 15-month old daughter and also ordered a junior suite (which, in fact, turned out to be pretty small in an L-shape and very poor v... We spend 2 nights here. The staff were very nice and made you feel welcome and the hotel was clean. But the second day we had no fresh towels, the coffee and milk in the room was not replaced. The bin in the bathroom had no bag in to collect the rubbish, we had a room right next to the lift and it was very noisy. Also we ordered drinks to the room and 45mins later had to phone back up to chase them. They did come straight away after the second call but overall it was basic and we wouldnt stay ag... Read more

In the little room is not enough clothing space. Bad cleaning. The tee, neither the body lotion weren't fill up, dirty glasses weren't changed. The bed is good, it's a quiet place. It's weird to look at a refugee camp.

Excelent hotel in nice location in park near stadium. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Very nice pool and sauna area, even better massage serivce there. Excelent breakfest. Nice bar, only bad is restaurant serving poor quality food, cesar salad was served with terrible instant dresing and grated parmesan what is unacceptable for this quality hotel

I was there in January and became really ill with very high temperature. They didn't help me at all. I asked to be released out of my contract and they didn't try to find a solution. The room had been booked through a third party booking page which I wasn't aware of when I asked to be released out of my contract - small wonder - I had over 40 degrees fever. Anyhow, they could have sold the room again as I was leaving and could have offered me a voucher for a future stay but nothing, just unfrien... Read more
