The whole process, from before arrival to after departure was faultless and thoughtful. All staff were particularly helpful and clearly well trained. Breakfast was excellent, with the two members of staff on duty working extremely hard to keep everything clean and well supplied. The secure parking was well worth the ‚?¨15 charge considering the hotel location.

Centrally located and close to the station. Friendly staff. Tv and window shutter didn't work to reduce noise and light coming into the room and the wifi didn't reach to the 5th floor. Breakfast was a bit too basic for our liking, much better and less expensive local places to choose from via TripAdvisor of course (see below). Rooms very small but clean and warm which is the important bit. We enjoyed breakfast at the Salon De the grand rue. (80 Grand rue, 67000, Strasbourg). Don't go there if ... Read more

i stayed there for a couple of nights and it was ok,except the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other room. i had a neighbor whom snored... i let you guess how well i slept. The bathroom was small but clean. The personal is nice and willing to help you with what you need. the room was cleaned every day and the towels changed also.Another thing is that they have a small number of parking place and you have to ask for it ar you can park your car at a public parking lot whi... While visiting Strasbourg we decided to stay here, because they take pets. The staff was courteous and helpful, they spoke English and were very hospitable. Also they have a very fast elevator. Remember to grab a map from the reception. For a good price we got a preety good view of the train station that raises just across the street and open plaza. Something that we thought was funny and smart is that to save space in the room instead of giving you a tv stand or a bookshelf, they painted it... Read more

This hotel is a ten minute walk from the train station. Easy to find and the staff are very friendly I purchased a suite with a request to overlook the river and they honored that even tho i booked last minute The breakfast is simple but satisfying The only strange thing is i asked to take a wine glass to my room and they said i had to use it in the lobby Kind of defeating the purpose if relaxing in your room with a glass of wine I would stay here again if i am in Strasbourg

We recently spent a weekend in Strasbourg & booked the Ibis Styles hotel because of its central location and affordable price. The reception staff are super friendly and efficient. The rooms are well set out with a nice bathroom, very comfortable bed and good (free) Internet connection. Breakfast was included. Although the choice is somewhat limited, we liked the quality (freshly squeezed orange juice - a treat).

If you arrive by car, however, it‚??s nor very convenient. The hotel does have a garage, but it‚??s maybe 50m further away from the hotel entrance in a one-way street. This means you must go to the reception to get a remote control for the garage door, unload your luggage at the hotel, and then park your car. There is no connection from the garage to the reception. You must walk the street back. The garage is very narrow. If the size of your car is a little ‚??above-the average‚??, you may find ... Read more

This hotel is brand new, and was set up in a protected, historical building. It seems like that was a really bad idea - as the hotel staff (btw very competent and friendly) told us, this outs heavy restrictions on the construction work. The result seems to be that AccordHotels just put a thick layer of paint on top of the existing foundation, without the necessary cleanup. The rooms are damp, with no A/C, and outs had a very distinct smell of mould that struck as soon as we entered the room. We ... Read more

We arrived in July and had been told the hotel had air conditioning which it doesn't. Not only does it not have ac, but it's a converted house and just has no air movement. The bathroom has pretty much no ventilation which heats the room. We had to sit all night with the windows wide open and even then there was little air flow through the room-obviously its In a busy area so with the windows open it was noisy and fumes from the buses etc. The staff were nice trying to do a job a poorly designed...
