Thus hotel is outdated, food is subpar and staff is less than accommodating. Not sure how it maintains a 4 star rating. Dont waste time or money on breakfast in hotel you will be better off at any cafe. Niceneighborhood but stay at another hotel

Your typical business hotel but with everything well done. Very friendly personnel. Got a free upgrade to a nice room with a view on the 24th floor! Nice and cosy. Bathrobe and slippers. Little fridge that was however empty. The only bad thing was the bad TV interface you need to use to find out about the room service. Correctly priced for the center of Paris.

we stayed in this hotel last November , it was nice , well located, attentive staff, we felt safe and welcomed during the week we stayed. all day dining restaurant had friendly employees. we will return for sure once we decide to visit paris again.

Very nice rooms and very well appointed centre. Location is great with easy access to the trains and subway. The #4 le bus direct stops right across the road. The staff is incredibly amenable and happy to give you directions anywhere you want to go. The beds are very comfortable and everything is clean. Nice bathrooms and a beautiful lobby restaurant

Those are the names of the 3 staffers in this hotel that deserve a mention. (Not absolutely sure if it's Nima or Nimar - but he is a concierge). As far as service with a smile and going above and beyond the other employees I bumped into, including the other 2 concierges that I requested assistance from, could use some customer service training. There was a big International event on the hotel and we stayed there 3 nights. The hotel rooms was just "ok" but the biggest minus was the hotel stuff who started the strike the last day of the event.

Stayed over a week and enjoyed every minute. Located near 2 Metro stops, at least 2 street markets,several (grocery) markets and restaurants--and Galleries Lafayette! The Concierge service is incredible and patient, housekeeping granted our every wish, and the buffet breakfast has something for everyone (including gluten free items)and Cappuccino maker

I showed the front desk my printed voucher for the booking of the hotel with the booking reference. However, the front desk personnel (a man) requested my passport instead. I did not use my full name in my passport to make the booking. Thus, he said there is no booking made under my name. the room was cleaned everyday, but i did notice the bed sheet was never change. the cleaning lady made the bed with the same sheet that was slept on everyday. you may ask how did i know. well let me tell you i stayed there for six night on the second night i put a little juice stain on the sheet to see if the bed sheet would be change when the cleaning lady does the cleaning and low and behold the room was clean everyday and bed made but the sheet with the small juice stain was never change. bre... I stayed at this hotel a few times;however, this one is the worst. The TV and air conditioning are not working. I have had notified the front desk and an hour later I had called a guest services. I was told twice that somebody is on the way to fix the TV. It has been 2 and a half hours and nobody showed up. Very disappointed!!!
