This was my wife's first trip to Paris. I usually book airbnb but i wanted her to enjoy the comfort of a Parisian hotel, so i booked this. Pros: Location is prime. Stores and restaurants all over the place. Train station very close by The Front desk attendants were so amazing. They were very receptive and answered every and all questions we have. The lobby is quite nice. especially the suspended basket chairs.. my love loved those. the View from our room was awesome! Cons: Very Small Rooms, P... Read more

We booked through last minute.com but have to say the advertisements for this hotel do not meet expectations. The standard room is incredibly small, no space to even open your suitcases up on the floor. Bathrooms not really up to standard. They need retiling and lights replaced in the shower. Our bedroom door lock didn't work.

I was there with my boyfriend last week. The staff was really nice and help us a lot. Rooms need a refreshment but the lobby was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect for visiting Paris. I hope we ´ ll back someday... Nat V

We stayed here at the end of August. The lobby is nice but don't be fooled, that is where the investment in this hotel has clearly stopped. We were given a room in which the air conditioning was broken. They didn't bother to tell us that and I'm sure hoped we wouldn't notice. It was a hot weekend and it was 30 degrees so it was unbearable in the room. When we spoke to the reception we were told there were no other rooms but could be moved for the second night. They gave us an extra fan so that ... Read more

Firstly I would like to warn other travellers by letting everyone know not to stay here!! Rooms look nothing like the pictures! Very dirty and neglected. We arrived for our honeymoon and after checking in and getting into our 'superior suite', we were so disappointed! I informed reception and hotel staff offered us another room in the hotel, which I checked to make sure and it was also dirty! We were then offered a room in the hotel opposite of the same brand (Maxim Opera I think), but were ... Read more

I have spent here 3 days for 2017 NYE, I won't come back. The hall look nice and cozy but as soon as you get to the rooms the situation changes. Rooms are very small (this is common in Paris), toilet looks dirty and badly renovated (some users posted pictures of the showers that depict exactly what you will get). Service is poor, our room has not been cleaned and we needed to ask for toilet products which were finished. My suggestion is to look for a different hotel if you want to stay in paris.

does the job. good location, all areas were clean and modern. staff friendly enough but we didn't use there services much apart from the basics. prices seem to vary wildly so make sure to get a good deal as this isnt a high end hotel

This is in my mind a very basic hotel, the decor of the rooms, the breakfast selection and the front of house staff. Don't bother with breakfasts, there are many cafes in walkable distance that are much better. The location is good, it's not too far to get to the HOHO buses, a laundromat is in the same street. I would think that having tea and coffee facilities in the room would keep the guests happier than having to trudge to the foyer to purchase a cup there with staff who aren't very engaging...
