This hotel was just what we required: laid back, stylish, not too posh and certainly better than average. Very clean, very comfy beds. We did not have the breakfast which we felt was rather expensive but there were places fairly close by to get a coffee and croissant. The location of the hotel is very good, being less than five minutes walk from the station and easy walking to the city centre. We had a room on the back of the hotel which was quiet. The garden in the square opposite the hotel wo... Read more

The hotel is very cute, in a building typical to the riviera. The staff is very helpful, and the rooms are clean. It is located in a neighborhood with shops and restaurants, and it's only 10 minutes walk to the Old City and the promenade.

We stayed in Aria hotel for a week at the end of September. I always choose hotels near the centre but not exactly, in quiet areas, and Aria was exactly that!!! Very near to the Promenade, but quiet away to have a neighborhood feeling!! Also very close to the railway station, which is very convenient for taking buses, trains... The lovely building faces a nice square where live ordinary people of Nice, not only tourists. The garden of the square is lovely, every morning you see the people talk,... Read more

The company booked this hotel for a business trip again. Both evenings (between 7 and 10PM), the smell of kitchen and grill from a neighbouring restaurant was so strong that had to keep windows close. If you visit this hotel, ask for a room facing the square.

The hotel is brightly and colourfully decorated. It's also clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the A/C was effective (if a little noisy). Free kettle and security box. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the beach, and 5 minutes from the railway station. Set in a square with a park, it's in a pleasant location. The reception and the breakfast room are flooded with sunshine in the mornings. Breakfast is very fre... Read more

We had a great time staying at this Hotel- we stayed there for 2 nights. Location- The hotel is located 5mins from the main Train station, the tram station is 5mins away located on a busy street full of branded stores and restaurants. The beach/ promenade is approx 10mins away from the Hotel. Reception- The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The gentleman at the reception (forgot his name) helped a great deal to locate a misplaced bag. They allowed us to keep our bags and fresh... Read more

Great boutique hotel - loved the lift - Like something out of an Agatha Christie film! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location and room had a balcony overlooking a garden square which was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel as the price was right!

Hotel is an excellent location - on a quiet street between the railway station and the promenade. This is probably the campest hotel I have stayed in, my room was a bit pink, including the chairs. Lift holds one person and looks like it's from the 1930s. Internet was so slow I turned it off and used the mobile phone network. Air con is very efficient. I had a room at the back of the hotel and there were was some noise from a garage and from flats on the back street. I think the bed was a... Read more

We stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. Lovely, small, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff and in a great location. Rooms at the front seem to have small balcony (which I'd probably ask for next time). Rooms had fridge, air con, decent hairdryer and you get a lollipop when the room is made up. Breakfast was ok, though I thought it was a bit pricey for what was on offer. My only (very small) complaint is that the rooms didn't get cleaned until quite late in the day (around 3/330) which ... The hotel is located close to the city center, old town is half an hour walk away. The hotel itself is bit old fashioned inside and it is moderately comfortable, especially due to the small room and small wardrobes so I would recommend it for short stays only. The price is relatively high for the value you get, although compared to other hotels in Nice this one is in the lower price range.
