I have recently been staying in this hotel for business. I was booking a bigger room which was nice, well equipped, good mattress, small bathroom including all you need, rather good quality furnitures. The WiFi was good enough to work and the whole place was silent. Good staff, very kind and available for any question. I was there on early October and when I got into the room I noticed the air conditioning was not working! When I called the lobby they told me that the aircon system was switched ... Read more

We stayed here en-route home from a camping week in France. In fairness we were really looking forward to air conditioning and a comfy bed after a week of roughing it! In fairness we weren't disappointed. Beds are comfy, rooms cool. The hotel is set a distance out of the city centre of Bordeaux but really accessible via tram. The staff were really helpful in assisting us in getting around. The pool was great. However...... we were advised the restaurant was closed in the evening which wasn't gre... Read more

As we walked into this supposedly 4* hotel we were pleasantly surprised a clean, modern & quite quirky entrance hall & bar area. Sadly the surprises that followed were not so great! Our deluxe family room was tatty at best, with its peeling paint & scuffed vinyl, the extractor fan was extremely noisy yet did nothing! The bathroom was tiny & equally shabby. The worst part of the stay was the sauna temperature of the room compounded by the mosquito problem. In the morning we saw the extent of the ... Read more

With 40 plus degrees Celsius, an impossibly inefficient air conditioning on a hotel this expensive should not be an acceptable ACCOR proposition. If you have a full hotel and two tech visits to the room still cannot fix the problem, time to invest in a new system. Everything else smacks of excuses. Four days of this when working all day makes it impossible to give a better rate. Basic comfort is not optional when you pay hundreds of dollars a night.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Overall, the hotel was better than expected. Although rather small the outside area was good, with the opportunity to use the garden or poop. Breakfast turned out to be good value for money. Of course a car is required. City center about 15-20m, cite de vin 10m.

Hi stayed purely as a stop over on way back from southern Spain/Madrid with 2 grandkids. First impression of the area was industrial estate which it was plus other hotels and restaurants. Good size free car park and when we walked in yep all ok, piano in the fine looking lobby lounge area made it look "posh". Check in was good bedroom made up for 2 adults 2 kids of 6 and 7 years, nice room. Restaurant not open at weekends though when we there 1st week June. Only room service, minimal room ser... Read more

I stayed here for 4 nights as I was attending a conference at the local Palais des Congrés centre. It's an area that's very handy if you're there for a meeting but it's a bit soulless otherwise. That said the tram only take about 25 minutes to get into the centre of town and a ticket isn't expensive. The hotel itself was fine. The room was comfortable and clean. They gave you complimentary water every day which was a welcome touch. The breakfast was pretty good - we didn't have an evening me... Read more

We stayed in the weekend and the hotel is "empty", restaurant even closed. But service is up to standard. There are many restaurants at walking distance. We had a a car and the location near the rocade and a few minutes drive from the city centre, the cité du vin also, was perfect for us. Breakfast is up to this hotel's standard as well, which means excellent quality and choice. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. You can see the chain made an effort in terms of decoration both in the rooms an... Read more

Very upset with our stay here. We were plagued with mosquitos in our room which usually I would never complain about or write a review on here about as I know it's not normally the hotels fault. However after being bitten horrendously and up the majority of the night then counting over 15 in your room you know there is a problem. I decided to email the hotel in the morning as we were so disappointed with lack of sleep and sore bites everywhere. We didn't receive a response back so when we went t... Read more

A pleasant hotel, renovated rooms, good breakfast with great coffee and croissants . Beautiful surroundings with a swimming pool and terrace around the pool . The only remark is not heated water in the pool , we were in June, the day was hot, but it was almost impossible to swim in cold water. The hotel has a flat roof and should not be a problem to make additional heating water with solar energy ?!
