The rooms are dirty, and have a very weird smell. The bathroom smells like a sewer, and the toilet leaks everything you flush to the bathroom floor... but the worst of all it's the staff. They are not there to help you, but they will rip you off as soon as they can. I asked the reception to call us a taxi to the O2 Arena. The car they called, was not a taxi, no taximeter at all, charged us 500 kr. On the way back to the botel, in a taxi, we paid 190kr. This it's an on going scam, their so called... Read more

On our arrival, there was a stocky short male receptionist with a Pony tail. Hecwas extremely rude, condescending and unwelcoming. All other staff members were polite and welcoming. The food is very nicely cooked and reasonably priced. The female receptionist was very very kind and gave me medicine when I fell unwell on our last day, so thank you very much. Unfortunately the behaviour of the rude male receptionist got them the 2 star rating. Also the rooms are very damp and smell of it at all t... Read more

The concept of the hotel is really cool. We visited around Christmas and it was beautifully decorated. But the rooms were tiny, a lot smaller than they look in their website, the staff of a bit unpleasant and not very eager to assist, and room wasn't cleaned even once during our six days visit, lucky we weren't messy. We were also been told that there is a bar\restaurant upstairs, and each time we tried to visit it we have been told that it's a private even and we can't enter. But overall it wa... Read more

The accommodation was a bit dirty with cobwebs in the rooms the breakfast was ok and the dining area was good the whole experience was let down by the miserable staff. Only the cleaners had a smile on the faces and the receptionist and bar staff where just rude every question you asked was met with a frown

It was the 1st ever visit to Prague for my wife and myself and staying at this lovely place was trill nice. Even the rooms were small it was located at a quiet spot in the city and taking walks along the river all the way down to Charles Bridge was convenient. There weren't many amenities in the room but I do feel that the people at reception could be more friendly and welcoming on arrival. I would go back there to stay again though.

Clean rooms, towel models of swans and hearts, friendly helpful staff both on the reception desk and in the bar. Always stay here when in Prague as the location is easy walking distance from all the places we like to visit. Great waking up to the sound of ducks in the morning. Breakfast is basic but plenty of it.

My son and I just returned from a four day trip to Prague staying here we absolutely loved it the room was small but beds were comfortable and room felt cosy the bathroom was small please bare in mind it's a boat ! But a lovely powerful shower Much needed after a day out sightseeing in the cold . The breakfast is basic but there is enough choice considering the price it is to stay here we thought it was good enough we ate in the restaurant food was lovely and the hot chocolate was to die for... Pretty decent location and amenities for the affordable price, continental breakfast was only fine but it's free so whatever, the bed was two twins locked together and the botel could use some updating but over all nice and stable. Would go back, we walked up along the river to the park and to Prague castle
