Located on the outskirts of the city centre proper, The Westin boasts splendid views of the lower and upper parts of Zagreb. I was on the 13th floor, and enjoyed waking up to the view. The hotel is probably a little too Stalinesque for the tastes of many Westeners, concrete and massive, but a lot of effort has obviously been made in the lobby and restaurants to cater to modern expectations of smoothness and luxury. The room I was in (1326) was clean and spacious, and had all the prerequisite... Read more

Room was beautiful, with minor issues. But it was great, either way. On floor 15, the view was amazing. Bed was like a cloud to me, but for my "other half" it was too soft. That is personal choice. The service was great, especially the bellboys. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, but we enjoyed very much. The room had a minor issue, there was a lot of dust on the window. And somebody entered the room while I was there. For no reason because I did not order room service or called housekeep... Read more

Very nice hotel. Fair price for the offer. On a walking distance from center of city. Good facility, friendly, well trained people. I would only suggest a small shaving foam in the room equipment as we can't carry ours due to flight restrictions.

During the period of one month, I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel twice. The service is different, depending of how many other guests they had. If you travel individually, you can get a bit discriminated on the account of the big groups. The hotel has a great location, on a walking distance from the very center, shops and theaters. The lobby and the bar are absolutely great, the rooms are a bit outdated. Not that it matters, just left me indifferent. The breakfast buffet, however is a... Read more

This hotel is not only comfortable but also very well situated. Rooms are comfortable, the bar is inviting and the food is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed as part of a tour and everyone was most accommodating.

The service was great and our room was exceedingly comfortable, as expected from a Westin. Once the renovations to the downstairs restaurant(s) are complete, this will be an even better place to stay. As it was, we had a strange dinner experience in a conference room converted to restaurant.

The hotel is good renovated, large restaurants and comfortable rooms/baths. It is a bit crowdy because it is used mainly for conferences and other events, so I do not recomend it for families. Very well organized and rich breakfast. The place is a bit far from the city center and aorport, but it's close to the railway station.

I stayed one night and returned 10 days later for a 5 night stay. My room was very comfortable and clean. The tram stop is almost in front of hotel and in just 3 stops you are in the center of the city. The breakfast buffet was good, I requested oatmeal and my request was promptly granted. I also ate in the bar area and enjoyed my meals there. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again

Nice hotel, clean, nice bed and sheets, very comfortable. But I cannot get over several things: 1. I specified NO wake up call, yet the phone was called and answered 3 different times, until I unplugged it. 2. the room was so overheated the 2 times I stayed here, that even after turning off the heat and opening the window in sub-zero temperatures, it was too warm. 3. The showers are ridiculous--there's no way to use it without water going all over the floor of the bathroom.
