Great location only one block from the beach and right next to shopping malls and street shopping. Casino is in the hotel for a little added excitement. Nice rooftop pool is private and secluded. You will certainly enjoy your stay here in the hotel.

A nice hotel. A good location to get to the beach. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and very clean, Nice breakfast. Good service. It is not the newest nor the tallest but it was a great value. Very easy to catch a taxi to the sites or the airport. There was not any problem in the neighbor hood, A number of restaurants near by if you don't want to go to the Walled City,

This is a great hotel to stay at near the beach in Cartagena. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff was very friendly as well. There are many restaurant options nearby and places to shop for souvenirs.

Great hotel, great city. The resteraunts and food are fantastic. Old Town is a very special place. The weather is perfect not too hot. The people are friendly and hard working. There is not much to dislike about Cartagena Columbia. When locals try and sell you something cut the price in half. This place has everything a modern city in North America has. Very safe environment.

Only one thing was good about this hotel. The beds are so hard, you might as well sleep on the floor. The walls are super thin so you hear everthing! The service is terrible, you have to call and ask for thinks numerous times. I actually had to go the lobby to pick up am iron myself after waitimg for 30 minutes for it. The only thing good was the morning breakfast amd the staff that serves it. No my back hurts (thanks to their cheap beds) and im losing sleep (with all the noise I constantly hear... Read more

Wifi don't work unless you are by the door of your room. Gym most of the machines is broken, no towels at gym . Turkish bath not working at all. Lobby staff don't even talk to you or salute you. First couple days pool was very dirty. Mattress in the room very hard . Don't recommend this place to no one to stay. The only go thing is the breakfast.

Reception they can speak English but they they are not fully fluid. Location is safe, a good point to depart for tourists and also can find a family environment even though that there's a casino downstairs. They... Read more

This hotel is new but for being so new is not that great. Also I paid and amazing rate when going that for 3 nights. The beds are really uncomfortable to sleep and the a/c doesn't help a lot with the heat. The pro: The location is amazing two block from the beach and walking distant to several stores and a lot of places to eat. To go to the old city in taxi is like 5 minutes and they will charge you like $2 is was like 6,000 pesos every time I got in. They have a casino where the dealer have ... Read more

The hotel isn't bad, it's regular. The meals are not included. I had problems with the air conditioner like a hundred times. The cleaning service is good. There's a casino and a pool but it's so damn cold, also gym. Comparing to other hotels there's better ones, and Id recommend you to reserve a room in Centro of the city, not Bocagrande.
