Perfect hotel in every way. Hotel good. Staff great. Food Amazing and the price is also good compared to a lot of Ritz Carlton's. Special recognition to Vito, Dennis, Bruce and Sherry but all the staff are ***** would highly recommend.

Hotel provided a big surprise for my anniversary with room upgrade and sweet gifts to my daughter. The ladies and gentlemen are warm and professional. The club lounge serves 24 hours with various options in good quality.

Let me say, this hotel is amazing. The views from the lounge is unreal. GET LOUNGE ACCESS! Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner all served at the lounge. Lunch is not usually part of lounges. You can have wine after 12pm. What's better than that?

Top hotel, comfortable room and good club loung. Effy Hu was hands on in organising the finer details and making the trip ran very smoothly. Highly recommended although use of the hotel car service a little pricey.

This hotel is five star and not the best of the Ritz franchise. Our room was wonderful, large suite with one and a half baths, nice to have extra toilet. Furnishings and linens were fine. Food was a slight disappointment. Restaurant buffet was pricey and not exceptional, for example lamb was cut with many bones and some pieces were tough, overlooked. High tea was good not exceptional as we had experienced in Berlin for example. Scones were good, tea a little strong, and tea sandwiches just avera... Read more

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The check-out process was a bit slow. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff that we came across at the conceigne all spoke fluent English and were helpful. Compare to the staffs at JW Marriott who looked jolly, always wore a smile on the face and gave the customers a warm welcome upon their return to the hotel, the staff at Ritz-Carlton all looked very cold and indifferent to customers. They (particularly those at the lobby where pe... Read more

We finished our two week trip with 2 nights at this property. It represents everything you would expect from a Ritz Carlton property. Attentive staff, friendly, and knowledgeable. The facility was clean, in good order and comfortable. Our room was very nice and had a good view of the city. We had high tea yesterday and enjoyed it very much. The staff made it a wonderful experience. If I get back to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

We booked the Kids Safari package and the service was phenomenal from the beginning. We were contacted soon after reservation to check how old our children were and if there was anything the hotel could do before we even arrived. But on arrival it got even better - our children were greeted by name at the door, taken to their own check in desk and treated like little princes. We were then taken to our room and the kids were blown away by their tents, the cupcakes and milk, and I was blown away b... Read more

We were upgraded to a room on the club level, which made all the difference during the stay. Because SiChuan cuisine, while delicious, is overwhelming spicy & oily; the club lounge offered a very welcomed respite to keep our tummies happy at all hours. Staffs were friendly & services were expedient.

From start to finish the experience here was exceptional. A brilliantly located hotel where the staff and the surroundings are simply superb. The rooms, club lounge and the hotel bar on the 38th(ish) floor are all superb. If you're in Chengdu, don't stay anywhere else.
