Enjoyed our 5 nights. Room was very nice, sitting area, kitchenette, desk and king size bed. Hotel is in residential area so no liquor available in hotel including no beer or wine. Very helpful staff, even catering to our American need for ice.

My stay at the President suites was excellent. The polite staff spoke outstanding English. The hotel is conveniently located to a subway and the newest mall in Santiago. An affordable breakfast in house was a great way to start a day of exploring th city.

The hotel is in a very good location in Santiago (Barrio Providencia). It is in a nice residential street, close to a metro station, where one can reach most locations in Santiago quickly. There is easy access to restaurants and a shopping center and the area is safe. The staff is helpful and friendly and the property is well kept and clean. Some rooms have a small kitchen, which is very helpful. These rooms have a very good size, with nice sunny windows. Internet connection is also very good. V... Read more

This is an excellent aparthotel in every sense: friendly and helpful front desk ever, and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. All new and in excellent condition. Food was good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable as was convenient the free parking spot underground. Great location. Will definitely recommend

Situated in a very nice area of Santiago full of shops, restaurants and also residences, this small hotel has very comfortable contemporary rooms, with a little kitchenette, very comfortable bed and adequate space in the room. No view really. It is more of a place for a long stay. We were just passing through Santiago, but we had the chance to see most of the town, as this hotel seems to be on the other side of airport. It is practically self service, as we had to take our own luggage to th... Read more

This is a very nice but reasonably priced hotel in the Providencia area of Santiago. I stayed here while attending a meeting at Universidad de Chile, which is a fair distance away, but the hotel is very close to the Tobalaba metro stop. Good wireless internet and very helpful staff at the front desk.

Rooms were very good and well equipped making the stay comfortable. The staff was too helpful and gave their utmost time and attention...despite a language issue. The Hotel itself is so centrally located with easy access to all transport facilities

Very good location with Tobalaba metro nearby and offering free parking also a plus. A comfortable and clean room. Breakfast can be improved since only few non-sweet selections are served. A good number and variety of restaurants nearby. In general we had a good experience on overall

I thought that it would be a nice idea to stay here because it is very near to the Costanera mall. Well, disappointing is the word that defines my stay here as someone of the housekeeping took away my radio transceiver that I usually use when travelling or skiing. So, if you want to stay here, please be VERY CAREFUL with your belongings or they might disappear in a blink of an eye...

We spent one night at that hotel, arriving earlier than the official check-in but had given the room after only reasonable waiting. Rooms are not big but not tiny as in one of the previous reviews. If you are not over size you can also manouvre in the bathroom together. Breakfast was good and offered good choice of foods and drinks. Cleaningness and service was good. We got a little nervous when the taxi driver ordered to drive us to the airport searched for this rare spot on a navi and lost his... Read more
