Stayed there just a night for a conference. My room was on the 6th floor with a view to the Andes. However, the windows were very dirty, so the view to the mountains was not that pleasant. The other major problem in that room is that I could hear the water heater really loudly at 7 am. Breakfast was just ordinary. Bread was not fresh and there were not savory options for vegans. The location is great and it's good value.

even with the heat off, my room is so hott! They brought a fan, but it only minimally helps. The glass patio door opens onto the most uninviting view I have ever seen, and it won't lock. The tv auto turns off every 30 - 40 minutes, even when you are actively watching. It is in a good location, wit... Read more

Installers were working on other rooms down the hall, so there appears to a project going on. The management should continue further remodeling, like updating the bathrooms, which are perfectly functional but show their age. My sixth floor room looked over a vacant lot pr... Read more

This hotel is very well situated, close to the metro. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It isn't, however, worthy of four stars. The rooms are a small and simply furnished; the restaurant is poor (though breakfasts are OK) and the bar lacks atmosphere.
