We stayed here just for 1 night during our Chile trip. We were happy that they went out of their way to give us an early check-in since we were tired after traveling. The location was convenient to a lot of restaurants and a park. The room was small but decent with good amenities. The breakfast was ok. Overall, a decent stay.

I reserved this hotel online (through trip advisor) and have found it to be an excellent choice. No complaints whatsoever. It is in a great location in Barrio Lastarria adjacent to parks and superb restaurants in easy walking distance. We walked to the zoo and several nearby barrios and attractions. Breakfast is included. The staff could not be nicer. I will definitely stay here again!!

We stayed here twice in January, once at the beginning of our trip and then again at the end. About 6 days in total. It is hard to beat this great little hotel. Yes, the rooms are a bit small but they are well designed and comfortable. I liked the way you could take your breakfast from the menu at any time of the day which is great for travellers with jet lag. There is continuous tea and coffee available from the little cafe downstairs. I also liked being able to have a "swim" in their roof top ... Read more

A wonderful boutique hotel right opposite the park and convenient to everything. Lots of wonderful venues, very close to the museum of fine arts and the park is a pleasure to walk in. Very good efficient friendly staff and the breakfast is very nice. Hard to adult for the price.

Hotel in the best location beside park and walking to all major tourist places, central market and good restaurants, pubs! Very friendly staff especially Joaquin, very helpful with good English! Kitchen open from 7am to 9pm with menu, not buffet. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very nice, stylish and modern, it was walking distance to the downtown area. The staff were very friendly always happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard by the cleaning staff during the middle day of our two night stay. Breakfast was a little unusual (in a good way) being available literally all day which was great.

From December 22, 2016 until January 12, 2017, a little over 3 weeks, my wife and I stayed at Hotel Ismael 312 in Santiago, Chile. We picked this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews and the fact that it was near my daughter's apartment on Monjitas Street in Santiago. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The hotel is modern and relatively new, about 4 years old. It's location is ideal. It is near the Belles Artes, the art museum, and a short 10 minute walk from the Plaza de A... Read more

We stayed in this hotel for two days while in Santiago. The hotel is located in Bellas Artes--a great area to start in exploration of Santiago, with plenty of cafes, arts, and parks. It is also close to Metro stations which connect to the Bus station going to Valparaiso. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. The room is neat and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options!
