We had a one bedroom unit with a full kitchen, which was fully equipped. The location is excellent, the rooms very clean and comfortable and enjoyed the large pool and 2 hot tubs. We used it as a Timeshare exchange, but would come back again as a registered hotel guest as we found the staff very accommodating and everything so convenient. We used the exercise room and the pool was warm enough for swimming even in November! We had a dead car battery (left an interior light on) and the Avis rep... Read more

This is a good basic property if you need a kitchen to make meals (don't plan on any gourmet cooking!), but their reservation system convinced me to never book this property again. They took an initial deposit of about 30%, then charged the balance to our credit card within 7 days, nonrefundable regardless of circumstances. To add insult to injury, they charged us an additional $40 just for making the booking. Then there was $20 extra per night for parking. When I asked questions about my bi... Read more

Really nice reasonably price hotel close to the whistler village. Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with ample room and easy walk to the village. Lovely pool and will stay here again. Car hire at the hotel as well as near to the tourist information Centre plus the bus interchange. Fast free wifi as well.

The lodge I would say is average. The good was we were able to upgrade to a one bedroom suite from a studio even though we booked with a third party website! It took a bit of time at check in but at least it was available. Iā??ve stayed at other hotels that donā??t make any changes if booked with a third party. Our room was really big! Way bigger than two adults and one toddler needed. The downside was that everything is beginning to feel dated. It could also have been a little bit cle... Read more

The Cascade Lodge is an older, well established timeshare/condo partnership that enjoys a really nice location near almost everything. The rooms a large and well maintained. There is a nice IGA market within a block of the hotel that has the best selection in Whistler. You can easily park the car and use their fine public transportation to get around to enjoy the area.

I've stayed at the Cascade Lodge a few times and love it. I stayed in a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen, in suite washing machine and a balcony with a few of the pool and mountains. Four of us stayed in the room and it was more than comfortable. The sofa bed was amazing as was the bed in the bedroom. Probably the nicest outdoor pool in whistler. It's quite big compared to other whistler hotels, has two hot tubs and a nice grass area. I was happy with the parking lot as well, bit spaces a... Read more

I've visited Whistler many times for ski trips over the last 10 years and had previously opted to stay close to the gondola base. However, the convenience of the location always came with a price which was noise. Whistler can be a very noisy place in the evenings / late night. So for this trip I decided to try Cascade Lodge and I was really pleased at how quiet it was resulting in much needed rest after a long day of skiing. Accommodation wise I stayed in a Deluxe Studio, which for 1 person wa... Read more

10am check out, 4pm check in... And the room was still not ready... Dirty all over, completely disappointed. For $ 400 a night.... Give me a break... Would not ever stay here again... Why on earth the management would not make things batter?

This lodge offers a great location at an inexpensive rate. However, you will find minimal luxury. Pros: cheap; short walk to the gondolas; even shorter walk to the "village stroll", library and restaurants; rooms clean and warm; good wifi; studio equipped with stove top, microwave and kettle; washing machine and dryer; pool and hot tub; helpful 24hours front desk. Cons: very noisy heater; small studio room; no ski storage unless you rent through the ski hire place in the complex (pricey); po... Read more

We went to Whistler on 22/12/16 to 30/12/16. We arrived by bus and it was snowing on our arrival which was fabulous. Cascade Lodge is so close to the bus loop so it wasn't far to go with cases in the snow. We had a one bedroom apartment which had a great. We did cook quite a few times, especially Christmas Day when we accidently locked the oven whilst the pork was cooking! We rang reception and within 10 minutes the maintenance officer came and fixed the problem - so the vegetables were able... Read more
