We stayed at the Post Hotel will our children and grandchildren to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Everyone was so helpful right from when we got out of our car (in the previous June) to check if the Post would work for our crowd. Karyn & I were tired and dirty from a couple active days in the mountains, but everyone made us feel like we belonged. We fell in love with Watson House as soon as we saw it. The weekend with the family was perfect! It was incredible to gather in Watson House f... Read more

Took my wife to the post hotel, had a great experience and delicious food. Love the river next to this hotel and the wildlife in the area. The staff at the hotel are from many different provinces, they know and speak both official languages. You will enjoy your stay.

We decided to experience the Thanksgiving package in the mountains this year with the Post room and dining offer. As always, the hotel was impeccable and the atmosphere of the area relaxing and enjoyable. The Thanksgiving meal and evening was enjoyable and elegant........but.....gotta say....... when you host a special evening like this, of this caliber.......a lack of dress code just takes away from the flavour. Now, I realize it's 2017......and some people today have lost that "manners" tou... Read more

While this hotel was more expensive than I would normally choose, there was good value. The rooms were traditional but very nicely done. There was a small balcony with chairs and table and a screen door from the room. There was a wood burning fireplace pre-laid for burning, and the staff would clean it and lay a new fire every morning when it was used. We were initially disappointed that breakfast was not include in the price and that there wasn't a small refrigerator or coffee maker in the room... Read more

A hotel unlike any you may have seen. Fresh flowers every week and looked after daily by a charming older gentleman Rudy. This place is immaculate. All natural wood and stone construction with a world class wine cellar of over 20,000 bottles yes twenty thousand. The owner, George is one of the most mind boggling wine tasters I've ever met. I would easily rate him in the top 5 in knowledge in the world. Yearly wine summits with large portions of the profits and proceeds from auctions going to the... Read more

What a setting! Right on the Bow River and as a result Awesome background sounds! Rooms are classic and beautiful, the views are magnificent and the staff are all dedicated nature enthusiasts who will help you find the hikes and things to do that are just right for you! The Spa is small but impeccable and has a very talented staff. Had one of the best massages ever! Canā??t speak more highly about a hotel than this one!

This was my second time at the Post-this time in the winter. It was just as I remembered-attentive staff, glorious views, well-appointed rooms with wood burning fireplaces. So relaxing. I love the pool area just wish there were some comfy lounge chairs in there.

What a beautiful stay we had for our anniversary! We had a lovely cabin, along the river. The food is so exquisite, and the level of service so outstanding. It ranks up there with lovely restaurants in Paris or Vienna. It is worth every penny. The spa is beautiful and the massage was great. So easy to ski (downhill at the Lake Louise ski hill or cross country right nearby). Breakfast also great. It certainly merits Relais et Chateaux status. Can't wait to return.

The Post Hotel is a very unique property. We truly enjoyed our stay and the staff was so pleasant. The rooms are beautiful and very different from a typical hotel room. We will definitely visit the Post Hotel again. The area is such a wonderful place to explore...from glaciers, beautiful lakes and amazing wildlife. A trip of a lifetime!
