I had an extended stay for a family visit, and over my 11 days,I felt the hotel delivered on all my expectations. The breakfast, pool, staff, cleanliness were all good value.I also found the beds to be very comfortable.Keeping in mind it is a budget hotel, and I was their 11 days, that fact that I left happy speaks volumes,in my opinion.I will stay here again.

Was there with my dog, a friend and her dog. $10per night each for dogs plus another $50 each, told that we would be refunded that, When I got my CC bill it hadn't. Called they said the room was dirty. We were there for 5 days with dogs & with no linen change & had to ask for towels.

As for convenience this hotel is great. Everything is on Macleod. The room we stayed in was good and fairly clean. They don't do much for breakfast but what they had was good. Bagels, cereal, apples and oranges, a waffle maker, coffee and juices. My only complaint is noise. I could hear some noise all around me but especially from doors closing and opening. But for a value hotel with a pool (which I did not use) and free breakfast it was a very pleasant stay.

Needed a one night stay near the hospital. Part of building is older but clean and well kept. Added wing is more modern, though advertised 'kitchenette' was a bit too modest (no pots/pans). Building is quiet, away from street noise. Beds comfy and clean. Pool not large but good for kids and families to splash around in and have a good time - clean and well kept, towel service if asked.

We stayed August long weekend and for $125 for 2 Double beds this was a super hotel! The pool and hot tub were very nice and well-kept. The staff was very nice and rooms were clean and well-appointed. You get a full-size fridge, microwave and even some dishes in the double rooms. The free breakfast was very nice and there's lots of seating, so you're not standing around looking for somewhere to sit. I was surprised how quiet our room was with the location right on Macleod Trail! There's tons of ... Read more

We had Leah check us in. She was amazing! You could tell she had a bit going on as she was dealing with a complaint of sewage. She didn't hesitate dealing with the problem! We will be back! Love your customers and they will love you back.

Wow. This hotel is absolutely disgusting in the outside rooms. I had previously stayed here on the inside, nothing special but must be newer and have a different maid, or maybe it's all gone down the drain since I stayed here last. However, upon checking in, the front desk talked me into staying in their outside rooms because "there's parking in front of the door, and upgrade with kitchenette". Omg no. Never did get to park anywhere even close to the room due to all the vehicles for the party ... Read more

Had a stop over here on our way South and it was a great find! was clean and Front desk was so nice and helpful! Breakfast was bagels and waffles, but it was nice and clean and fresh. Only complain is the bathrooms are very small, so bigger people might have a issue in the one room we were in

We were given a recently renovated room, which was still not quite completed, at the rear, which was okay except for neighbors banging doors. The reception area had a musty smell from the indoor pool. We would've loved to use the pool if it wasn't for the overwhelming chlorine smell. Breakfast was not the best, but better than nothing.

We stayed her for 6 nights on a recent trip to Calgary, we booked through a popular website, we tried calling the hotel directly to see if I could get the same rate right from them and could not so we went ahead and booked, for the price it's overall not a bad hotel, we were originally set up in an "outdoor room" where you access it from outside, these rooms seem pet friendly as we seen multiple large dogs in the suite, not bad but for someone who has asthma like me not so great, I asked to swit...
