First impressions count and I was warmly welcomed and efficiently checked-in (post 8pm). The room (#203) was a good size, clean and the mattress soft (memory foam) with English TV channels. The pool area is lovely and the temperature of the water was perfect. The hotel's location is excellent and rubs shoulders with some of the high-end hotels and restaurants. When I did have some issues with no hot water the staff were quick to address this. The not-so-good was inconsistent and very weak Wi-Fi ... Read more

Friendly staff, location not far from the centre, room quite big, comfortable bed, clean linen changed daily. Breakfast from the menu - 5 choices. Clean pool, towels available. Bad points: Shower over toilet. No safe in the room. Massage ladies - sadists, had bruises for few days.

We stayed here for 4 nights to visit Angkor Wat and the other temples nearby. The hotel is very budget friendly and the staff are super friendly. Out of all of the hotels during our stay in Cambodia this hotel had the friendliest staff. The room is adequate and as described. We had a few small insects in our room on the bedside table when we accidentally left food out. Although having stayed in other hotels in this country it was not uncommon for this to happen elsewhere. It is a tropical count... Read more

It is difficult to write a bad review as the staff were so lovely. The hotel needs definite updating as rooms are starting to look a bit run down. The room was cleaned every day but we had cockroaches in our room, and the window-sill and curtains were not clean. The toilet hose leaked so was a bit eeky to use. Storage for clothing would be good as you have nowhere to put things in a small room.  Fridge old and everytime you leave the room the power turns off so it gets a bit mouldy. Air con po... Read more

We stayed here for three nights having just arrived in Siem Reap. The staff were lovely and provided great service, even sourcing us a large bowl to do laundry in (I didn't have the Cambodian to ask for a bucket, alas). The place was also great value, with breakfast included in the price which was either a semi-decent fried breakfast or lovely pancakes and fruit. Sadly the room was a let down. Though it was large, the AC was great, and the shower was quite warm once it got going, the WiFi was p... Read more

We had an amazing time at this hotel. From check in to check out we were made to fell welcome. Great pool, to relax and unwind after a temple tour. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room are clean and extremely comfortable. Wish we were there now.

A very nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was nice. Comfy beds. The pool was amazing, a great place to relax after being at the temples all day. An easy 10 minute walk to the night market and restaurants. Breakfast was adequate. Reception staff were friendly enough. Chet the driver from the hotel who picked us up from the bus stop was amazing and happily toured us around the temples and then back to the airport for a great price! We had no issues and would definitely stay... Read more

You pay for what you get. The room is fine but with mosquitoes flying around. Location: 5 minutes away to the night market / Pub Street with USD2 per tuk tuk ride. Too far to walk for me. Food: Fine with me. Nothing much to complain about. Staff: They are genuinely friendly. The downside: They do not take old crumble notes. Which was very upsetting to me. Money is money, what do you mean you can't take it when it's just crumble? Such inconvenient for me to pay extra to the money changer to... Read more

High money/service ratio. Clean, nice, friendly stuff, good food, nice pool, kids friendly. 10 minutes walk to the center or you take a tuk-tuk. Apart from the local currency, you can pay in US dollars - this is not a special case, the same is all over Cambodia. Thai and other types of massage next to the hotel at price of 5 to 10 US dollars - very relaxing.

This is a nice hotel, clean, spacious with a nice swimming pool. The reason I gave it only two stars is that the reception staff on the evening of check in told us our two night reservation did not have breakfast included and that we would have to pay extra for breakfast. We booked through hotels.com and when I looked at the confirmation e-mail it clearly stated that breakfast was included. The next morning I showed them my confirmation e-mail thinking it was just a mixup but they still refused ... Read more
