We stayed at the resort as part of a three country group tour. Although the resort is adequate we would recommend avoiding this hotel. The rooms are unusual, the floor is concrete as is the bathroom, little space for luggage and the lighting is terrible. The grounds and pool area were the most positive feature of the resort. We had an early departure and asked for early breakfast. When we arrived for breakfast we were told that the cook was not due for a half hour. The breakfast is below expecta... Read more

This hotel reminded me of a good motel in NZ. Two storey building in a nice garden setting with a small pool with enough pool lounges. Good selection of cocktails available by the pool and good small restaurant. The hotel was kind enough to give us a late check out till our evening flight.

It's clean and away from the bustle of downtown but not too far. Laundry service prices are unrealistically high. The Red Curry at their restaurant is awesome as are most of local dishes. Breakfast is good but if you're there at the same as 10+ other people all trying to eat and get to their tours at around the same time you may have problems. We were late twice even though we allocated 40 mins for breakfast. Management can fix this by having more staff when large tour groups are present with th... Read more

We had a wonderful stay at the Natura Resort Hotel. We have spent 6 memorable nights including Christmas and New Years. Natura Resort is a small size hotel, about 20 bedrooms. It is a peaceful and beautiful hotel nested around a brightly designed garden. Bedrooms are spacious, very clean and decorated with taste and simplicity. Coffee, drinking water and fruits are waiting for you in each room. The bathroom is equipped with a large open shower which is really nice after a long day of visits on t... Read more

We had a very nice stay at Natura Resort. The resort is well maintained, quiet and not too big. The breakfast is good, though probably too small for big eaters. The service is nice.. Very friendly staff.

Just returned from a wonderful 5 day, 4 night stay at Natura Resort. On arrival we received the most warm and welcoming reception from the staff. I've never had such great customer service! The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us plan our days and arrange reliable transportation around Siem Reap. The room and grounds were beautiful. The garden and pool area was very peaceful and relaxing. I enjoyed lounging around their salt water pool after long hot days at the temples. The location w... Read more

We stayed some nights in this beautiful relaxing hotel a little away from the centre. The staff is extremely welcoming and supportive with all you need. We had room 21 on the first floor with view to the garden and swimming pool. The room decoration is simple and stylish. The first evening we stayed for dinner and enjoyed the nice homemade food without having to search for a place. After the temple tour relaxing at and in the pool is fantastic and the choice of drinks covers what you need after ... Read more

We really enjoyed our stay here. There is a nice pool, attentive staff and comfortable air conditioned rooms. Prices are very high for food and drink compared to in town but the service is excellent. Staff helped us book tuk Tuks to get around as it is located a little out of town and arrange travel to the airport. Cost of a tuk tuk in to town was around 2USD, 3 at night

This is one of the best gems of Siem Reap. The rooms are very comfortable and well designed. It's a real boutique hotel, unlike many others in the town. Our stay here was great. The food was excellent and the wine menu well thought through. It's excellent value, combined with great service. It's a little way out of Siem Reap, which works well as it is quiet. There is a lot of noise around the more central hotels, especially building work. The pool area is lush and quiet. Happy to recommend!
