The Chateau D'Angkor is a very beautiful place in the heart of Siem Reap. Perfectly located and nicely furnished to relax after exhausting temple tours. Rooms are outstandingly spacious, equipped modern and with all you might need (even a kitchen). Very good breakfast is served in a very nice gardenroom. Staff is very helpful and motivated to make the most of your stay. For the value you get, prices are very decent.

Booked this hotel due to the size of the rooms (1br suite approx. 82 sq m incl. balcony), and the proximity to all amenities. We have stayed in other hotels that show the French architecture in the Indochina region, and love the style that it was built in. Originally we were placed in a room which faced the street, which was a bit noisy due to the proximity to a cross street (the locals love to honk before the corner to let others know that they were approaching. Even with double glazed windows/... Read more

we have just stayed in this hotel. we had a two bedroom apartment. it is such a shame to say that but the service of the hotel has spoiled our holiday. the rooms are huge and well decorated, the kitchen could be a great plus for us as we have a baby and need to heat up soups, only the place is very poorly equiped, only one frying pan and nothing else, we asked for a small saucepan about 4 times, there is a chopping board but not a single knife in the place, not one. the kettle was broken, had t... My family and I stayed here for 6 nights in a family suite and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The suite had 2 large bedrooms with on suites, a huge living area and kitchen, washing machine and a gorgeous balcony. It was perfect for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and did their best to accommodate us. I do have two criticisms - 1. there is no elevator and when staying on the 2nd floor it wasn't so easy bringing our luggage down when checking out and 2. the food in the restaurant seemed to vary ... We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights while traveling with our kids (aged 12 and 16). The service at the hotel was extremely good! The staff ever so friendly and helpful! We booked an apartment (or family suite) which basically included 2 bedrooms and a huge family room and a kitchen (which we didn't use). I could not believe the size of our accommodation. The good thing was a washing machine in our room! That came in very handy. The hotel also has a pool which was a welcome thing after a day of ... Read more

The hotel is well situated and well maintained by friendly staff. My wife and I stayed with our two kids (6 and 3) in a two bedroom suite (more like an apartment - with kitchenette and laundry, the latter being really useful after exploring Angkor Wat and surrounds). The kids loved the pool and the breakfast buffet was decent enough. My two criticisms are 1) lunch menu/quality was pretty average and 2) the living area was massive but sparsely furnished (this is picky, I know - but a rug/mat and ... Read more

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. The rooms are really large and overall the hotel is really charming. The staff were all very accommodating and event ushered a tuk tuk driver to the airport for a forgotten item. Excellent!

My family of four had a brief two night stay here and loved every minute. We had a two bedroom suite which felt so decadent as the suite was enormous! Two ensuite bathrooms, beautiful and clean and two lovely comfy large King/queen beds. The staff at reception were very friendly and all staff made an extra effort to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good, with all the usual trimmings. Eggs and omelettes were made to order and were delicious. We raced ... Read more

There are many restaurants, massage nearby but the environment is quiet. Many tour information was ready at the room and the manager Mr. Chay Vichet provided us a reading lamp because it's too dark that I couldn't read at night time. The buffet breakfast is good. I appreciated so much for the airport pick up service and the driver send us to buy sim cards near the hotel instead of queuing at the airport. It can be better if they can make the rooms brighter.
