A large hotel the room was as described and the hotel well located for the Russian market area, and although on the edge of central Phnom Penh, it was easy to get to the central tourist areas and the river via tuktuk. There are two pools - one on the roof and the other to rear of the property. I used and enjoyed both. The rooftop pool also had a centre for spa treatments, a rooftop bar and city views. The rooms were a little worn and basic, however good for the price with enough space to relax ... Read more

We stayed for 2 nights in what was a pretty underwhelming stay. There is nothing terrible but equally there was very little that stood out. The room was average at best. It was a little dirty, we couldn't get any hot water and a lot of the fixtures were skewed a little to the left or the right. Breakfast was modest and rather unappetising. The best comment I could make is that it did a job. The rooftop bar is nice as is the small pool a few steps down. There's a second pool on the ground fl... Read more

Arriving at this hotel, I got a cold flannel and a drink, the reception staff are lovely. I stayed in 709, which was a big room with king sized bed (made out of two singles) and a little balcony (photo of view attached). The room was a bit rough around the edges in terms of fittings (sink had been set crooked etc), painting (roughly finished edges on woodwork etc) as well as a bit of wear and tear.. but considering it's a developing country, and the hotel was quite cheap, I was pleasantly surp... We stayed here for two nights and had not the slightest thing to complain about. Our 9th floor room had a nice view and outstanding WiFi connection, it was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet also left no wishes open and offered a fairly large variety of fresh and tasty food. Further, the receptionists were all very considerable and organizing a late checkout and baggage storage due to a late flight was no problem at all. Our room came at an even fairer price than usual, due to a special ra... Read more

I love the customer service, the bed, the room configuration, the breakfast and even their bar. The food here is great. The bar is a great place to have a meal, or just a drink. A great place to chill as well. It's pretty accessible anywhere from here as well.

The rooms are adequate and spacious. It is a middle-class hotel with clean facilities. The location is strategic because it is not too far from where the city life is, but the location provides a more quiet atmosphere at night for rest, since it is not located on a major thoroughfare. Guests could book room/s that already includes breakfast (it has limited choices though). They also have a bar on the rooftop of the building where guests could actually stay and dine or have some drinks. The... Read more

Pros: 1. Everyone at this hotel is very friendly, they smile, ask you how you are, ask you if you need help. I really like them. 2. The hotel itself is very beautiful. As it's called, every piece of it is very artistic. 3. The room is spacious. Cons: 1. The location isn't great since it's far from the center, but you can explore and get closer to the local life. 2. The internet is very weak everywhere in the hotel. We hardly connected to wifi in our room, at breakfast, or the lobby. 3. The be... Read more

First impression of this hotel: small, cute and homey. Our room is colorful and have balcony so we can see the city from our room. Although its not located in the main street, many hotels, restaurants, minimarket nearby so we can easily find place to eat or hang out. What I love the most is small pool at the roof top. The breakfast: despite not too many varieties for so called four stars hotel, the taste is okay.
