I booked two nights from 13th Nov and check out 15th. Hotel canceled my booking one night due to fully booked. I had got booking number issued by but still Reception insisted that there was no room for me. Reception promised me to book anther hotel some price so that I went to that hotel but we got more high price. I must find new hotel to stay by myself. I claimed this to Manager but no correct answer at last. Cleanness and room facility at good but I don??t recommend this hotel... Read more

Couldn't have been happier with our 3 night stay here with two other couples. Location is great - don't miss the little bar at the end of the alleyway you enter through the coke fridge either! Food and drinks here were great - Each morning the chefs were more than happy to put a fried egg on top of our brekky fried rice which made it even tastier. Staff were all attentive and helpful too when we needed tuk tuks or recommendations. For the price and location its pretty unbeatable :)

Stayed here for 4 nights. My first time in Cambodia. Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and nice. For me the location was fine. Tuk Tuks just outside, along with a couple of great bars. The menue was good along with the prices. I give this hotel a big thumbs up.

We loved our stay in this cool little hotel. The rooftop pool was a great place to take a refreshing break at the end of the day, with two teenage kids it was a must for us. Really good sized rooms with a good sized balcony. I would highly recommend.

We went to Patio for dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food (we had Mekong fish fillet and a chicken curry) and cocktails were delicious and the view was beautiful. The service was also excellent!

The room and whole place just seemed a bit tired and in need of an uplift- including most of the staff. Most staff just seemed quite flat and unwelcoming. The rooms were very basic, the beds quite uncomfortable. The balcony was pretty much non existent, you could just about stand on it. The rooftop pool was pretty nice and breakfast was ok. Nothing in this hotel made it stand out and wouldn't stay again in future.

I was extended in Phnom Penh for 2 nights after I finished my job at PATIO HOTEL. It's nice place in the middle of Phnom Penh, great location, good breakfast, specially with afternoon shift restaurant staffs at the rooftop bar, their are so friendly with smiling face and good serving guest. High recommend to this hotel.

Stayed at the hotel for a week. I was very impressed with the rooftop pool and the attached restaurant which catered for everyone. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. For me, the location was great. There is a huge selection of restaurants in the area (some rated very highly) as well as bars and even a nightclub across the road (love club is about 200m from the hotel). If you fancy getting anywhere around PP from the hotel, its about $2-3 in a tuktuk. I would defin... Read more

We had a wonderful stay there. The hotel is right in the pot of anything, there are restaurants, coffee shops, cake shops...etc, which are just about 5 or 10 minutes walk. The reception desk was friendly and helpful. When we checked in, wifi connection didn't really work in the 1st room, one of the receptionists came in to give a hand but he couldn't fix it so, he decided to change another room for us that was bigger without costing anything. Breakfast is great with a stunning view, also, those... Read more

Spent 4 lovely nights at the Patio Urban Resort with a family of 4 in 2 rooms, one suite and one deluxe double, which was perfect. Beautiful pool on the roof, lovely restaurant and well set out rooms. Suite was particularly roomy and a great balcony overlooking Phnom Penh (room 606). Didn't have any issue with loud noise from below. Kid's room was a lot smaller obviously, but also much darker workout as much natural light, but still a lovely room. The only drawback for us was the breakfas... Read more
