Probably the worst hotel experiance. Flight Centre needs to sort out their booking system. Staff at this hotel try to take advantage of the fact you are new to the country. Got extremely overcharged for transportation and anything that was organised by the hotel. Left a bad taste in my mouth. When we booked transport and were being Charged 70 usd...when the going rate should have been no more than 30usd. Made a compliant and some of the money was returned. If you have to stay here do not use hot... Read more

We stayed at this hotel in January 2017. It is comfortable, good service, etc but it is for business travellers. The hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants. Tuk-tuks are expensive (US$) if you want to get out and about. Flight Centre books this one - I can imagine there are kickbacks. Would not recommend if you want to get out and about and be where the action is.

Only stayed one night on our way to Siem Reap. Surroundings were pleasant, very inviting clean swimming pool. Very good breakfast. The carpets in the corridors of the hotel are old and stained but overall the room was decent.

Obviously flight centre gets a kickback from this hotel. It's just so wrong, magnificent entry fit for any 1st world country, it's clinical and certainly not welcoming. Then as we walked down dark passageway to our room we walked into the worst room we had in Cambodia- luck this was our last night in Cambodia. Opened the curtains to a view of ...... the neighbours wall, asked to move told no. On top of this on the wrong side of town, even our tuk tuk driver asked why are we staying out here, he ... Stayed for 2 nights. Bathroom a weird layout and flooded easily when showering. Room very clean and we had a nice view over the pool. The pool is nice for swimming lengths (even for a keen swimmer like myself). I wanted to use the gym but when I went to look at this very basic facility the only other person in there was a very large man peddling rather slowly on the bike, wearing nothing but a pair of swimming trunks and smoking a cigar which stank the room out massively! No, I am not making tha... Read more

We were in Phnom Penh to visit the King Palace and Wat Phnom. The hotel was not so far from those places. Hotel staff was welcoming, helpful and did solve problem immediately. The safe in our room was not working and they did replace it immediately. Some staff had difficulties with English but they did call their colleague who can speak English. The room was clean and spacious. Laundry service was ok. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of fruits, breads and hot meals. Coffee and tea facili... Read more

Unless you go for the buffet, you will be disappointed by the restaurant. Really not worth it, slow and expensive for the quality. Rooms are large but need some attention. The swimming pool is nice. The Hotel itself is a nice series of low level buildings but the location is unusual. No where near the Riverfront or main tourist areas. Really not much to see within walking distance except small local shops and roadside vendors. This Hotel is Thai owned and the staff do speak Thai, English and Khm... Read more

A great hotel with all the amenities one could need on a family holiday. They have a wonderful breakfast spread and a nice coffeee shop in the lobby. The approach road to the hotel though is a bit narrow and crowded. Despite that the rooms and inside of the hotel are quite peaceful

We booked here through a travel agent and from arrival we were very disappointed. The room was hot as the aircon was set to 30, the fridge was off and no mini bar. There was no content in the welcome folder and when asked for some all they sent up was the restaurant menu. The restaurant food was below standard for a 3 star hotel. There were fruit flies all over the food and i found egg shell in my breakfast. The price of the food was expensive for the quality. The spa services were also very poo... Read more
