Best spa ever. Thank you Juan and Lauri for amazing massages. You guys were the best. Thank you Ron for the amazing smoothies. From the moment you are picked up at the airport. One is greeted with friendly service. From the drivers to the housekeepers. Everyone was helpful, and always had a smile. It was one of the best trips ever. Thank you all. For making us all feel like we were your number one priority.

My husband and I came here right after we got married. We were both very exhausted from our wedding and all the travel the morning before. We walk into Ramon's and are greeted immediately by a smiling face who scolds us for carrying our own bags on vacation, by this time we'd been traveling for 12 hours. We get to check in and are given our room keys. Get to our room, a beachfront cabana, and open the door and see the incredibly beautiful! It made the travel exhaustion 110% worth it! T... Read more

The staff go above and beyond. Super friendly. The room was fantastic. AC was cold. Hot water. We were right on the beach. A security guard was there at all times. The food at the restaurant was great. The drinks were fantastic. No liquor license but you can add whatever you want and how ever much you want to your drink. The excursions are great and they take care of you while your on them. Snorkeling was breathtaking. The Lamanai ruins your fed you breakfast and lunch since it is an all day tri... Read more

We came to Ramon's specifically to get our Open Water diving certification, and the dive shop (and specifically, Adolfo, Ramon's dive instructor) did a fabulous job in helping us achieve that goal. Can't say enough about Adolpho: he's extremely good at what he does, patient, with a great sense of humor. But we also loved just staying at Ramon's. It's right near the heart of town, but the lush glade of palm trees that buffers it from Coconut Drive totally makes it feel like the main compound is o... Read more

This is an awesome resort. Stayed for two weeks after a property search on the mainland. The Cabanas are awesome A/C in each room, thatched roof, clean, and the private dock and ocean inlet was great for playing in the water. Bring your snorkel gear and jump in right off the dock. There's plenty to do in the area and the resort is pretty central to everything. The Staff was very friendly and accommodating and most everyone speaks English. this was probably one of my most memorable vacations.

Our visit to Ramon's was amazing and beyond expectations. When we told people we were going to Belize, every one asked...with the kids? I was slightly concerned my kids wouldn't be welcome or that this might not be a kid friendly city but Ramon's is wonderful with kids. (as was everywhere else). We were met at the airport and swiftly transported to a lush paradise by the Ramon's staff. The resort landscaping really sets this place apart and offers a sense of seclusion and relaxation. It cou... Read more

The rooms are small but nice. We at a room right on the water and really enjoyed the view. The rooms are a bit over priced. The restaurant and bar only serve beer, you have to leave the resort if you want a mix drink.

Came in 2 days after the hurricane and got in 2 dives. Dive staff did a great job finding equipment and getting the boats out. Food is good. Rooms are nice. Great location. Too bad the dive shop was destroyed in the storm and the pool is closed for maintenance
