The biggest downside to this hotel is the parking situation. The streets are crowded and when I went into the hotel to ask about parking, I was told that there wasn't a parking garage... Of course there isn't a parking garage attached, but I would have thought I would have at least been pointed in the direction of the nearest garage. The nearest garage is located at Rue de Livourne 11, if you were like me and had to look at a review to actually find where to park. Anyways, the amenities are rea... Read more

Me and my friends have been in this hotel for the 2nd year in a raw. We really enjoy our accommodation last year so we decided to came back. We do this trip every year from London to Brussels with our motorcycle club to join to our Portuguese friends from the motorcycle club from Brussels and once again, the staff, the breakfast and the accommodation didn't disappointed me at all. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast really good. The rooms are really nice, clean and comfy. Definitely will b... Read more

Nice location if not near main tourist attractions. Good breakfast, ok staff & free wifi. We specifically asked for a family room with 3 separate beds but got one bed with two mattresses and one rather comfortable but worn couch bed. The room was close to the elevator and quite noisy. On the whole a basic hotel but considering the price we didn't feel cheated. Could do better but acceptable.

Just got back from lovely break in Brussels. The hotel's location is very good and the staff are really happy to help.all reception staff also spoke English. The hotel is good value for money and I recommend it for a nice cheap and cheerful getaway.

I booked this hotel specifically for the balcony. Upon arrival, I noted that the carpeting in the reception area was filthy. Our room was on the top floor and the "balcony" was basically the roof top with astroturf thrown on it. The outdoor furniture was filthy, and all rooms on that floor had access to the rooftop, so there was no privacy or security. There was also a fire escape which made it seem even more unsecure. The room had dirty carpeting, and the throw blanket on top of the comfor... Read more

I spent 4 nights at the Pantone: the energy of the colours is really what distinguishes this hotel from all the others, it is inspired by the famous Pantone Matching System for colors. The staff was really helpful, since when I arrived in my room I realized there was a problem with the window that could not be closed. I asked to the receptionist a room change but it was not possible: the night was not so good, so in the morning I again requested another room. The staff was great and I had a smal... Read more

We stayed here as part of a Waynabox trip and for the price we paid it was a perfectly okay hotel. Nice staff and good location. Not so comfortable beds and not a fan of the carpet in a hotel (personally I find it a bit unhygenic). But overall a nice hotell.

I have been in Pantone hotel when I stayed there for 3 nights during my Belgium break in November. The hotel situated just aside of city center, next to one of the major boulevard with plenty luxury boutiques. One of the good points of Pantone being modern, colorful minimalist hotel. Design is simple and nice. Although we've seen pics of city view, in fact we've been accommodated in lower floor so the view wasn't best It is a bit pricey but you get a quality for it. Highly recommended to stay.

Good value for money (60â?¬ / night) and excellent location, 5 min on foot from the Louise metro stop. The room we got was the smallest in our floor but was ok. We had a very comfy bed and the room was clean. The staff were really friendly. However, when we got in the heating was at full speed and the room must have been at 28-30 degrees temperature. Additionally, it smelled like a swimming pool there... we turned off all heaters and opened the window but It took us a good half hour to brin... Read more
