Good hotel, clean rooms, on an excellent location to access the center of Brussels on foot and next to the shopping street. Would stay there again. Remember to get your own shampoo and be ready to check in yourself. Staff were friendly (most of them)

This is a very good hotel if you are looking for a great place to sleep. Rooms are big enough, the only problem is that the shower has a curtain and the whater comes out to the bathroom, but if you're careful then it's ok. It's close to the gran place (about 7 minutes walking) and it's right at the corner from rogier metro station.

Me and a friend of mine booked this hotel for a 4 days trip in Bruxelles. Very nice place in a very good position. Thanks to the underground station (Rogier) it's easy to move across the city and to visit many places. Good position, good service, good price...what else?

The proprietors have obviously put a lot of effort into designing a slick "hotel of the future", but less time anticipating potentially frustrating or confusing aspects of the experience from the customer's point of view, Let's start with the instructions for where to find the hotel. The email from them told me to leave Rogier metro station via the Adolph Max exit, and I would see the hotel 50 m away. I did as instructed, and spent the next 15 minutes asking for help from locals who couldn't fi... Read more

This property is unique as most of the things (check-in, check-out, etc) are automated, resulting in minimal staff presence. It was a new experience considering that we are used to hospitality in the travel industry which was non-existent here. The hotel is located close to the nice spots in Brussels and has a few eating spots as well. We had taken a bus from Amsterdam and were able to walk to the hotel due to the proximity which was a plus. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was adequately furni... Read more

Well the only excellent thing about this hotel is location. Very center of Brussels, minutes walking distance from metro station Rogier or railway station Brussels Noord. Otherwise if is really minimalist in the offer. Small rooms which are very clean. Pretty noisy and you can hear your neighbor talking. Very cold inside even though they provide electric radiator which you can plug in yourself. You can use machines and by something to drink or eat. There is no restaurant and that can be odd th... My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights whilst visiting Brussels' Christmas markets and we had a great stay. The hotel concept is automation so you check in with a computer and this is really easy - if there is any problems you can pick up the internal phone and you are put through to a member of staff inside the hotel. Our room was quite large and included a television, (really comfy) double bed, bathroom, heating desk and chair. The room and bathroom was really clean, it would hav... Read more

It is a cheap hotel (under 50 Euros for a small room with a single bed in July) and not too far to Brussels' North Station (Gare Nord). It is at the edge of Old Town, so it is close to many interesting sights of Brussels(and Old Town's nice bars and restaurants) The room is very small; You have to pay extra (2 Euros) to store your luggage after checking out. Overall, though it seems cheap, I think that you can find quite a few hotels in similar price range but with better amenities and inclusi... Read more

The rooms are small, but well furnished and clean. The location is very good and the old city center is in 10 minutes walking distance. The self checking system does not work with every reservation. I booked with booking.com and the reservation number contained some dots. However, one should enter the number without the dots. The staff is there to help though. (Don't see the point of self check-in in this case). The lady was a bit rude while explaining that I should omit the dots. One can pay on... Read more

I usually visit one European capital every year and Bruxelles was my Capital 2015. Not having a lot of time, I spent here just a quick weekend. I booked here a double bedroom and I have been completely satisfied. The hotel is extremely modern and basic, our room was quite small and the bathroom was ever smaller, but despite the size everything was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was quite simple too. The staff was nice and helpful : I will certainly come back.
