Hotel is nearby of some very good restaurants where you can eat traditional food. We did have some trouble whit the check in but somebody from the reception was there to help. Rooms are very clean, you can go to the center by walk and arrive in 10 minutes. It was perfect for this budget.

Good value and good central location. But the rooms beginning to look dated. Just soap - no other toiletries - in bathroom. Have stayed before but think I'd probably look elsewhere in future. Has the feel of an easyhotel.

very central no frills hotel. check in was computerised but there was somebody there if you had any issue. Ewa was on duty when i checked in and checked out. she was extremely nice and very helpful. she let me borrow an adaptor for my phone charger when i realised i had forgotten mine. the room was nice and was perfect for what i needed. there was one pillow and duvet. the pillow was lumpy but was fine for one night. the duvet was very light which was fine as it was not cold but might not be en... Stayed a night at this budget inn on Aug 17. The location is great, just 5 minutes walk from Rogier Metro station, and 10 minutes walking distance to many city attractions. The room was quiet and bed comfortable. After reading of so many complaints on the issue of checking in, I was a bit anxious upon arrival. However, I was assisted by a friendly staff Mr. Moslem ( sorry if wrongly spelt), making things easy for me. The night shift staff was friendly and efficient too, when I requested pillow ... This is a budget hotel (though I paid â?¬194 for one night!) with very basic facilities and a "self service", "pay as you go" approach. Check in is via a machine in the lobby, but I had not been supplied with a reservation number, making this a frustrating experience. The room was remarkably basic, with the double bed having just one pillow and one single quilt. "Extras", e.g. another pillow, had to be rented via a vending machine on the first floor. The machines also sold things like shower gel... Read more

Good hotel, clean rooms, on an excellent location to access the center of Brussels on foot and next to the shopping street. Would stay there again. Remember to get your own shampoo and be ready to check in yourself. Staff were friendly (most of them)

This is a very good hotel if you are looking for a great place to sleep. Rooms are big enough, the only problem is that the shower has a curtain and the whater comes out to the bathroom, but if you're careful then it's ok. It's close to the gran place (about 7 minutes walking) and it's right at the corner from rogier metro station.

Me and a friend of mine booked this hotel for a 4 days trip in Bruxelles. Very nice place in a very good position. Thanks to the underground station (Rogier) it's easy to move across the city and to visit many places. Good position, good service, good price...what else?

The proprietors have obviously put a lot of effort into designing a slick "hotel of the future", but less time anticipating potentially frustrating or confusing aspects of the experience from the customer's point of view, Let's start with the instructions for where to find the hotel. The email from them told me to leave Rogier metro station via the Adolph Max exit, and I would see the hotel 50 m away. I did as instructed, and spent the next 15 minutes asking for help from locals who couldn't fi... Read more

This property is unique as most of the things (check-in, check-out, etc) are automated, resulting in minimal staff presence. It was a new experience considering that we are used to hospitality in the travel industry which was non-existent here. The hotel is located close to the nice spots in Brussels and has a few eating spots as well. We had taken a bus from Amsterdam and were able to walk to the hotel due to the proximity which was a plus. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was adequately furni... Read more
